Prices high for me. But my dog likes the groomers and they do support animals. So 85 characters lol is this enough

Great staff, always pleasant. Groomers are so good with my dog who can be crazy at times. My dog loves going to the salon. The vet people are nice. Staff at the register are great! They handle everything smoothly and have many great events that support rescues! Not sure why the negative reviews, all my friends love it here too and they have such a huge inventory! They had exactly what I needed and a lot of options!

Tommy the groomer has received High marks and I have to say he deserves themHe explains things well and is good to work with when planning the grooming and cut.

the grooming staff was extremely rude and they charged me twice for my dog's session they obviously don't know what they are doing in there

My Pit Bull Terrier, Blucifer, went in about a week ago for grooming, nails, teeth etc. His favorite stylist no longer works there, but I explained to his new stylist that he gets self conscious without his collar on. They (this is exactly how they explained it) "threw him into the kennel forcefully" because he was ornery without his favorite collar, broke and bloodied his front nail in the process, causing him to run circles in the kennel (normally when he does this he wants to say hi to everyone he hears), so she called us, refusing service and telling us to pick him up because he was "too stressed out." When we picked up my previously happy and uninjured pit, his eyes and face were red and his nail was bloody. So much for no more Pit Bull discrimination.

It's pet smart, like all the others, it a big box mart. Pricey with some pet accoutrement that is quality. Mostly kinda junk.

This is the worst Petsmart I have ever been in. There staff is the laziest I have experienced in retail. Shelves are never stocked but yet if you ask they can get from so called stock room. I have had to ask so much that I no longer bother so as not waste 20 minutes of my time I just got into stock area and get myself. Staff is more worried about what goes on in the front office than anything else. Most of the time only 1 cashier and when you tell them they need to stock there shelves they look at you totally dumbfounded. I really wish a good manager would take over or something.

I was taking my puppy their on several occasions the last time we were their they done an awful job on him. I spoke to them and they wanted to charge me a second time for the same thing. Associates were very rude and unprofessional..... I will not take my puppy their again. We don't recommend this place at all.

I've never been treated s rudely in any store as I was here. A staff member was courteous and helpful when I asked for specific food but when I went to check out, I was then told I couldn't purchase that without a prescription. OK, I was a first timer. While checking out an angry customer walks in announcing in a loud voice that he'd like to find the "idiot" who left his dog in the car. The cashier told him they had being trying to find that out - no, there had been no announcement! Apparently I was the "idiot". When I calmly told the angry customer that was my car and my dog he called me a f******ng
idiot! Then he said he was a fireman and wanted to break my car windows. No help from the cashier. An older customer corrected me when I said I had only been in the store for 5 minutes. Finally an official store person ushered me out of the store without any concern for me as a customer. $85.00 later, I will never go back. I will order online and have it delivered to my house. By the way, each window plus the sunroof was open enough to allow good airflow! I don't need to be around these people and apparently not their customers either! FedX will now take care of me and my dog can stare at home where she's well loved. Good way to make your point - idiots :(

I am very disappointed with Pet Smart. After using their grooming services for my pet for fourteen years. Now because she is older the refuse to groom her any more. She has always gotten good remarks from the groomers. They said she takes too long to groom.
