I had a gift certificate, so I stopped by to pick up some supplies for the pups. The store is spacious, organized, and well stocked with a variety of items to meet your pet's needs. I wasn't quite sure where to find what I was looking for, so I asked an associate for assistance. She was friendly & helpful and pointed me in the right direction. There were only two cashiers on duty, so the checkout line was a bit long but soon a third cashier opened up, which helped speed things along. This store is in a shopping center so ample parking is available.

Friendly and responsive employees at this PetsMart. I recently adopted my new cat and was picking up Blue Buffalo Adult Indoor Cat Food. Ordering is very easy on the app and is highly recommended. There you can see how much treats you have in dollar amounts and you can also take advantage of the periodic coupons they send.

I got a message in the app saying my order was ready for pickup. I was greeted upon arrival and the friendly employee found my order very quickly. It was past 7:00pm, so the curbside pickup was not available. The store was very clean and specials and deals were displayed clearly for all to see. There was enough staff to handle the customers waiting in line. My new kitty was so excited when I came home with a big fresh bag of food. Thank you for great service.

Winston had the pleasure of being groomed by Kaelee. She did a fabulous job of taking his messy look and rounding out his body perfectly and with patience! He doesn't like his face groomed, but she managed to trim it up very nicely. I highly recommend her!

This place was an absolute nightmare. Not only is no one capable of holding any of the reptiles, they told me that in order for me to see anyone socialize with the reptiles I would need to purchase them and then return them. I went into the store fully intending to buy a chameleon or bearded dragon and was met with such hostility not only from the associates but also from the manager Mr. Valdez. Every person I came into contact with had the WORST attitudes and had absolutely no reason to act the way they were. I am thoroughly disappointed in this Petsmart and am convinced they have no idea how to do their jobs. I don't know how Mr. Valdez got put into the position he is in because he clearly is incapable of managing anything. Right after he told me no one in the store was "qualified" to hold the reptiles, one of his coworkers got aggressive with me and said, FINE, GIVE ME THE KEYS AND I WILL TAKE THEM OUT! When I replied GREAT! Mr. Valdez said he was "going to talk to her because what she said was wrong. Not only did he embarrass me in front of other customers, he made a few comments that were completely out of line and inappropriate. I fully intend to contact headquarters and let them know what kind of people they have representing their establishment. If you are that unhappy with your job, you should find a new one and not make customers feel the way he did. It's sad that these people are in charge of animals lives. Seriously DO NOT waste your time visiting this place. There are so many other pet stores that would absolutely love your business and gladly help you out with whatever it is you need.

Took my Labradoodle and Standard Poodle for grooming. They butchered my dogs shaved them to the skin. HORRIBLE! Also left several sores from razor on poodles head.

Worst service ever! Waited at the curbside pickup for half an hour. And no one brought anything out. I had to go and get it myself. there's never enough people working there. somebody out to look into the manager and see if he or she knows what managing means.

Good morning I've called twice to make an appointment for my express dog both times. They said they were too busy to take my appointment so they would call me back and never got a call back.

I took my dog Kobe to get groomed on Wednesday of this week at 7am. It was our first time taking our dog there to get groomed. We took him and right away when we picked him up he seemed very jumpy and anxious to leave. We didn't think anything of it. The next morning we noticed he kept licking and biting his nails on his back right foot. And again we didn't think anything of it. A few hours past and we see he's bleeding and we instantly check to see why, come to find out we see that Petsmart cut his nails way to short and they even cut a piece of his skin as well. We took him to the vet immediately and they wrapped his foot put some stitches on him. Worst part is Petsmart didn't even inform us they cut him or anything. I do not recommend being your dogs here what's so over.
