About the Business
We sell fully refurbished vending machines and most related parts (such as coin mechs, dollar bill acceptors, motors, etc.). We also sell neon signs; we carry many popular beer signs, and at prices way cheaper than everyone else even cheaper than you will find on ebay. If it is vending related, we might have it so just ask us or email us: perezvending@gmail.com To all the laundromats, hair salons, hotels, etc.: We do not do off-site service calls on a full-time basis; we have too few technicians and not enough time to travel offsite. This is one of our number one phone calls: people in need of a technician to go offsite and service their machine. Most technicians work for a vendor, and do not service customers whom they do not have accounts with. We are one of the only, in the bay area, that do service calls, but again, only when time allows. So, if you still need service to a machine and understand that we cannot guarantee appts., then you can send us an email with the model of the machine (if you don't know the model, then a picture of the front is sufficient), brief description of what is wrong with the machine, as well as your contact info., and I will get back to you. I just started doing business with them and couldn't be happier. So far they've refurbished a pair of large Dixie-Narco BevMax machines and will do a third soon.

Completely unreliable and incompetent. I would not recommend them to anybody. If you need repair done look somewhere else.

Bought a vending from this company, stop by last March 2012 and asked them to fixed my Machine, I stop by once a month to see if someone would come by and I get the same answer that somebody will come by today. As of today July 16, I have not seen Perez Vending yet. Is there another company that repair vending machines.

Most of our machines come with a 90-day warranty. Once the warranty expires, we are not obligated to go out and service your machine. We do service machines that are no longer under warranty for a fee, but we cannot service all calls we get as we do not have the manpower to do so. I do apologize if Elias said he would send out a technician, yet did not do so. We only have a couple of technicians who do 'service calls' as time permits. I know a couple of people who repair machines; if you'd like their contact info. please send me an email. We do appreciate your feedback. -Elise Perez

Took a few days to come out, but fixed the machine first try and at a reasonable rate. Had called a few other places and didn't get a call back or never showed. Would definitely recommend Perez Vending
