Then I waited and waited. Over the summer I called them twice and they said they were busy and I was on the list. They never came or returned calls. All together not dependable.

They dropped a tree on our fire pit. I understand that they can't control where the tree lands but they wouldn't admit to it. Then after fighting over who should replace the broken bricks, they finally relented to replace the broken ones. But I found that they didnt replace all of the broke bricks. I was so tired of fighting with them that I stopped trying to contact them.
