My experience with Payless Auto Outlet was simply outstanding! Recently, while traveling from Maine to my home in Mississippi, my vehicle broke down on the Interstate near Hagerstown. Since the breakdown occurred on a Saturday, I needed a rental car for local transportation until my vehicle was repaired on Monday. Kevin with Payless Auto Outlet could not have been more gracious. He picked me up at the auto repair facility and dropped me back there after my vehicle was repaired on Monday. The late model vehicle I rented was reasonably priced and meticulously maintained. The customer service I experienced was simply above and beyond expectations! I would not hesitate to recommend that family and friends do business with Payless Auto Outlet.
