Just picked picked up my bike from pat's
Tristan was so nice and helpful even offered to adjust my seat on the way out the door. He takes all my questions that I may have with a smile. I've been coming to Pats when it used to be over where the Porsche dealer is.
When I was a little kid me and friends would go into pat's and look at all the cool stuff and I still do that! and obviously Tristan was right ! you can tell he's a good person and very helpful. I enjoyed every bit of this little service I had done my bike. I will be back for more purchases. There's nothing like having a small town vibe in this big city nowadays, and people are real and helpful!

I started cycling during the pandemic and I didn't know anything about bikes. I needed help with cycling shoes and pedals so I asked around and someone recommended Pats 605 cyclery to me and here is why.

From the moment I got there Tristan greeted me and even though they were almost closing he answered all my questions and helped me get my first pair of Cycling shoes. He even installed the cleats and pedals for me.

They have always been extremely helpful and they offer the most competitive prices of the local bike shops. I had such a great experience now I am part of the Pats 605 bike club.

Love this shop. First time customer. I came in to replace my tires and chain on my Specialized mountain bike. They were very friendly and had me in and out in 30 minutes, with good quality work. Excellent service. I will definitely be back for future bike needs.

During my physical search for e-bikes,the employees are all helpful and professional in their dealings with me..They've knowledgeable in suggesting what's suitable for my built and age. I will surely be back to buy bike with them.

I want to thank Ian for his help, I went in to the shop looking for a 1 inch star nut, and thread less bearings for a bike I'm working on...I couldn't find them anywhere But Ian went in to his bag of tricks and had exactly what I was looking for. Let me tell you, this shop has EVERYTHING! From BMX race, BMX Street, Crusiers, E-bikes, Road bikes, Mountain bikes, tandem bikes, kids bikes and more. Not just 1 display or brand either. They have multiple sizes, brands, stock bikes and even fully custom builds. Plenty of parts and accessories in-stock as well. Great family vibe with a boat load of experience.
