Incredibly slow service. Arrived early. Doors actually open a little before 8am but 8am is when the receptionists begin calling you back checking for insurance. Sat down out of the three people that was in took forever. Last time I was here the doctor mistaken my eczema rash for a ringworm and literally had me walking around feeling disgusted and rubbing ringworm cream on my eczema rash.Thankfully I checked in with my school doctor and they let me know that the doctor was completely wrong. Unfortunately, I have to come here first because it protocol for my insurance but definitely not by choice. The doctors move at their on pace and being that they only have about 8 rooms in the back it generally takes forever.

Even on a packed Monday morning it's an easy comfortable wait from my car in the parking lot. I can track my progress through the app so there's no fretting about how long there is to wait. Everything from sign-in to vitals to seeing the Doctor goes quickly and smoothly. Everyone here is patient and kind. The doctors are thoughtful and thorough and I especially like having the option to get a subscription filled right on site.

Every time I go to patient first on Battlefield Boulevard it's a guaranteed 2 hour + wait. I don't get it. There seems to be a lot of staff here. Outcomes have been acceptable but the level of customer service is terrible.

Extremely fast check in. I will say only three other people were there so that was a plus. Not too busy at all!!! Super clean from the naked eye(wink wink )! Everyone was busy doing something and not just sitting around doing nothing. Nurses were very polite and knowledgable. Most of the workers were wearing masks still which I'm sure is their preference! I definitely put one on since they provide them at the door upon walking in.
Dr. Anglin Jr. came right in and introduced himself. Listened to our concerns and went right to work. He retrieved his medical equipment and didn't waste any time whatsoever. He prescribed what needed to be prescribed and sent us on our way. This was the quickest urgent care service ever received. Will always come here when needed. Great job everyone.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Michael B.Las Vegas, NV032Nov 6, 2023
Horrible experience with this company. I went in for an urgent care visit and I was charged nearly $400 for an EKG and chest x ray. On their website they state that a cash customer routine visit is $137. Why does someone with insurance pay nearly $400 than someone who doesn't have insurance? I attempted to contact their call center in order to resolve this issue, but I was only given very routine general answers and there is no manager or supervisor to be found in order to assist me. They are very manipulative and tell you lies in order for you to pay the bill as soon as possible. If you want to do business with fraudsters who take advantage of customers then Patient First is the place for you!

Would give one zero stars if I could. My fiancé went in feeling sick, throwing up, cough, etc. The doctor didn't even want to run any tests. The only thing they did was a chest xray, barely looked at it and said "doesn't look like anything, we'll give you a call if we find something". She had to go to a different patient first today because she was getting worse. The patient first on Newtown told her that the battlefield patient first diagnosed her with bronchitis... yet they never called her to tell her that nor did they even prescribe her anything. By far the worst patient first I've ever experienced. Don't remember the doctors name but it was some older gentleman. Do not recommend

wait was absolutely insane! waited over an hour in the back and it was empty! patients obviously don't feel well and you expect them to wait in an uncomfortable room for an hour just to go and wait at a pharmacy for another hour. this is supposed to be urgent

Called ahead to ask about school physicals, was told they could do them for my 3 yr old daughter starting pre-k. I was prepared to pay out of pocket and brought her immunizations like I was told. Show up and they say they do not do physicals on 3 year olds. She starts pre-k in September and needs a physical. She will be 4 in September. I called patient first on cedar road and they said they absolutely do, so we left this location and went down the street with no questions. Misinformation and wasted time.

Everyone was extremely pleasant/ informative and the wait was a breeze compared to other health care facilities

Staff is rude...from the receptionist to the nurse taking your vitals!! The nurse barked her requests, did not even look me in the eye, and then told me to have a seat in one of their waiting rooms. Not busy at all, been here 15 minutes already and no Doctor has shown up. They need to learn to be nice to patients!!!!
Update: It took 40 minutes before seeing someone; no Doctor, only a Nurse Practitioner!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah B.McLean, VA0112Mar 23, 2023
This place is horrible. I showed up at 9am with a fever and have been throwing up. All I wanted was a doctors note for my work. It took them five hours to see me. Four hours in the waiting room and one hour sitting in the patient room. I was there so long that the lights turned off twice. Finally a nurse practitioner showed up. She was kind of rude, acted like she had better things to do, and when she finally checked me over to leave she forget to give me the doctor note I had to go back in and ask for one. She told me she was going to take a COVID test to send out to a lab and I had to ask someone of that was done and she told me yes. I went all the way home exhausted and miserable only for this awful excuse of a doctors office to call me back and say they forgot to get that COVID test. So I drove back and got it which was absolutely ridiculous. I hate this place it's a giant waste of time, the people there are rude, idiots, and unorganized. While I was sitting in the office all I heard was these "nurses" talking badly about patients the entire time. Never come here it is a joke and will only make you feel worse
