Party City

Worst customer service, don't bother going to this location unless you want rude employees who would tell you to ask someone else for help and walk away or if you need help from an employee who's on their personal cell phone during business hours giving you a half ass service then don't bother. Oh, if you need to help in the balloon department, they'll just say they don't have it without even trying to find the balloon you want. This party city location need better customer service training.

Party Sh**ty more like, if the service here is anything to go by.

Customer services is admittedly pretty bad and organization is poor and the shelves aren't always well stocked, but you can find some cool party deals here and Barbi still likes this kind of store, and specifically still requests this location when we're in Richmond.

So there's no way I can get away with giving them less than a three since Barbie usually comes out with some cute sexy novelty things from here. I just get to wander the aisles and look bored for 20 minutes (minimum). Welcome to my life.

35 minutes to blow up one balloon. Prices of the same item vary throughout the store. But I did get what I needed. So there's that.

Employees treat their customers like garbage here. Inventory is also very low on balloons. Do not waste your time shopping here.

This is the store we use most often and while it is typically disorganized a d low on staff, I typically always find what I need and the fee staff who are there are pretty nice.

All these balloons say that they are $13.00 but I paid $15.00 and can't get the difference back. Party City stole my money. I will ship on Amazon from now on or my Walmart, local grocery store, dollar store any where but here.

It's an average store. Exhausted teenagers which makes for poor customer service. I don't have much else to say, it's not a pleasant experience.

This was the worst customer experience ever. I bought a couple of costumes today. Not only was the register price showing up at 30% more than the marked price, but when I told them the prices were wrong, they argued with me that the computer system was right. When I told them I expected them to honor the price that they showed advertised on the floor, the cashier had the audacity to tell me I was getting rowdy and did nothing. They then told me it was common practice for them to just put stuff up on the floor, without updating any prices, because they were so busy.

I just now checked party city online, and lo and behold, their prices were actually cheaper than the register price. So, the price marked on the rack was actually correct And the price I should have been charged. Clueless employees were rude, argumentative and WRONG.

My son asked me about his "Animal Parade" costume at 8:15pm! I made it to this Party City 7 minutes before closing and the store manager helped me find everything I needed for my son's cat costume. Everyone was friendly and helpful despite it almost being closing time! Thanks Party City!

Great customer service! Great selection! We went for a wider variety of balloons because HEB pickings are slim. There is a whole wall of balloons to choose with a variety of accessories. Despite me hoping weights would do the trick, my 6 year old lost her balloons into the sky for her birthday party today! She was crying so much so I called and they were so nice and replaced them. I'll be back to buy balloons and party supplies for years to come.

This place was SO extremely RUDE i came to get foil balloons aired, that my mother purchased prior to me coming in that day, and they charged me 17$ broke one of my balloons & the lady that helped me was extremely unprofessional and rude i've brought my own balloons from them and then came back to put air in them on another day, before this day and i've came here before & i was never treated so rudely nor did i have to pay 17$ on top of what i paid for the balloons which says foil balloons are free to put air in ..... so i definitely won't be coming back here anytime soon
