Park Nicollet Clinic - Plymouth

I have an excellent doctor, a group of PT's who understand my unique conditions and needs, and a dentist who knows her stuff. My PCP has been flexible, she's knowledgeable and nice and not afraid to admit if she doesn't know something.
Front desk staff have been helpful and welcoming.

The worst medical billing issue that I have ever had was with Park Nicollet. I wasted many hours trying to correct an error they admittedly made. They refused to correct it and are unwilling to compromise.

I felt compelled to share how great the staff, nurses and doctors are at this location. Been coming here for years. Everyone is compassionate, caring and professional. I'm so grateful to have this clinic and all its employees so close to home!

Park Nicollet is absolutely worthless and money greedy.
10 days since I've been having symptoms. 8 days since I requested a COVID test. They told me I had to schedule virtual appointment with the doctor first which took them 3 days. Then doctor ordered a test which again took another 3 days to schedule. 4 days since they actually performed the test and still no results. Wife requested a test with Wallgreens, which took one day to schedule and 3 days to get results.
To make matters worse, my child had a positive strep test, which means I probably do too. Even though nurse mentioned that strep test should be ordered for me as well doctor never ordered it. Now I have to wait for my covid test results before I can go and get tested for strep. And this is while I've been very uncomfortable for the past 10 days.
