Paramount Residential Mortgage Group - Minneapolis

I've never penned a negative review for anything in my life, but working with PRM has been an exercise in frustration from day one. I was a first time home buyer and felt like I was sort of neglected during the process leading up to closing, and when that day came, there were issues because I didn't have the proper documents from them. That was frustrating, but we made it work. Then, the week I moved in, I was notified that they immediately sold my mortgage to another company without mentioning anything. I'm sure this may be a common practice, but as a first time buyer, a heads up would have been nice.

And none of that compares to the frustration I've experience with them absolutely blowing me up with spam mail and calls since then. I've asked them politely to take me off their call and mailing list multiple times, but they persist. I'm honestly not sure what else I can do at this point besides warn others so that they can avoid the same fate.
