Panera Bread

If I'm honest, Panera is always a hit or a miss. Truly one way or the other, regardless of the location. I love to love it when all goes right!

On a rare trip out to the Brookfield area, I was in need of both a quick bite and somewhere to pop open my computer to get a few things done. I pulled out my phone and Yelped what was near by, and alas, Panera! This location has it's large cafe seating area, but also a tucked away more quite seated area around the back, which was perfect.

Thumbs up for everything on this visit: cleanliness of the store, ease of inputting my order via the screens up front, speediness of order being ready, and most importantly a tasty lunch! I went for the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. It was massive (couldn't quite finish it), filled with romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, plus arugula, grape tomatoes, pecans, red onion, and my faves: gorgonzola and apple chips. Was also a fan of the sweet balsamic vinaigrette. Got a fruit cup on the side (up charge) and my lunch was complete.

Great food and customer service. I had an issue with my order and the staff was great when assisting me.

This is a great Panera. I'll keep coming back!

Went this morning and the person taking our order was rude and insisted they do not offer vanilla latte despite it being on the menu. After settling on a caramel latte and food, it took twenty minutes even though there was no line and few people there. Not acceptable for a coffee and one sandwich.

I was surprised at the very unpleasant experience at the Panera that I had today I had been to this location many times before and every time has proven to be an unfortunate and very disappointing experience the women working the counter was rude and put my order in incorrectly not once but twice then it took an extremely long time to receive my food the space was dirty and my food did not taste up to par.

The food here is AMAZING especially their mac n cheese. I will say that it is a little bit pricy, but it is totally worth it. There are also some great deals like any bagel for only 1.77 including tax! The service is absolutely amazing. All the workers are kind and helpful and the ambiance is great. Overall great place!

Out of everything. Cookies, bread, lemonade.

Order was delayed for 15 minutes.

I'd love to post a great review! Trouble is that I can't when they can't do the basics! Rapid Orders are almost never on the designated shelves where their site says they'll be. The orders must be verified by the customer because a lack of portions or made incorrectly. Here's the example. An item like the chicken noodle soup for a group (20 bucks!) skimps on the chicken. Sandwiches that skimpy on the chicken. C'mon!!! How is that good with these higher inflated prices. I won't tip anymore because of this lameness. Too bad. Little made efforts? Simple... zero rewards from me.

I normally try to post positive reviews, but I was a bit surprised at the dining experience tonight at Panera.

They had been closed down for indoor dining (Covid caution) for the last month or so and finally opened up about a week ago. Due to their previous "cautiousness" of closing done during Covid pandemic, the condition of the dining room tonight was appalling.

We arrived around 5:15 PM and it wasn't busy. We received our order promptly and the food was very tasty. We missed Panera food! There were only 2-3 other occupied tables, and it didn't seem busy with carry outs, so the messy tables should have been taken care of before we sat down or even while we were there dining.

There was one table filled with plates, bowls.... that the patrons should have cleared themselves, but hadn't. It remained as such. Other tables had crumbs and bits of paper on them. There was also bits of paper and crumbs on the floor.

I hope they will again hire someone at this Panera to keep their dining room in appropriate clean order. The cleaning between patrons---would certainly be more reassuring to their customers, especially during the "pandemic".

Again, our meals were great, but neatness and cleanliness--not so much---sadly!

food was gross and unsanitary service was mean and rushed. forgetting half the order. children running all over. no lids to be found. dirty disgusting stained service. mangers yelling. not the peaceful "panera" enviornment i was promised. every employee i interacted with was snarky and i felt like i wasn't worth their time. whoever the manager was was awful and should seriously get a reality check on his unsufferable attitude.

Really big fan of Panera. Not a big fan of this location. We ordered a sandwich and customized it to not include certain ingredients. They made the sandwich wrong which is ok, it happens. They re-made it and once again made it wrong, which we are ok with because they are busy or whatever it may be. When they were re-making it again the cooks kept staring at us like it was our fault. They were not happy with us but we did nothing wrong. We ordered and payed for it correctly so we expect it to be correct. It says on our receipt "No Onion, No Tomato, No basil". Not much we can do if they cannot follow these instructions. Not consistent with other Panera locations.
