I always forget I have a Pandora bracelet and I needed to get more charms and add important events to my bracelet. They usually have the charms I'm looking for. The woman that helped me was very nice. Little upset they don't do military anymore now that they do point systems but at least they have that! I got 4 charms for $300. It seems pricey but I didn't even get the expensive charms.

I came here on the recommendation of a cousin, after my visit to Pearlridge yielded unsatisfactory results. I was after a bracelet charm that was Hawaiian themed, and this location had a lot of stock on what I needed to bring back to my wife for Mother's Day! Mission accomplished!
I got my wife two charms: one was a plumeria flower charm, and the other was a dangling cherry blossom charm. And since my purchase went over US$150.00, I got a free bracelet.
The staff who helped me was a very knowledgeable young girl...very kind and patient as I took my time choosing what to buy. She boxed my purchase nicely, and even put it inside a gift bag! And service with a lot of smiles!
This store is well stocked. If you need your charms and jewelry cravings satisfied, this location will have what you need!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 13, 2020
I feel like the salespeople at this store are not as friendly as other locations I've been to (Pearlridge and International Marketplace). I always feel like I'm disturbing them or they don't want to even be there.
The last time I came was after Christmas, and I understand they have people wanting to return or exchange things, which is what I wanted to do as well. But they were kind of rude and maybe they were short handed, but still - they're customer facing, so I would have appreciated some courteous assistance.
I try to avoid this location as much as I can, but it is in a convenient location for me, luckily, my BF and I like to go to Pearlridge and even International Marketplace!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jul 5, 2019
I just was inquiring to clean my girlfriend's Pandora bracelet with charms on it at this location. Right off the bat I got a bad vibe from the first store clerk. She said in a very rude and snobby manner it'll take at least a week to clean the bracelet. She said, "it's not like that we can clean it right away."
Then right after that I had to check. So I called the Pandora at Pearlridge Shopping Center Uptown. The store rep was very friendly and told me they'll have my girlfriend's bracelet cleaned within 15-20 minutes. But if they're backed up it'll be done within the same day of drop off to their store. I can bring the bracelet in from store opening to no later than 7pm.
I always got good service at Pandora Pearlridge. Every time I walk in to the Pandora Ala Moana I always get bad service.
I really don't recommend this location. I recommend if you have a Pandora question, or wanting to buy their product, go to another pandora location.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 9, 2018
I was waiting all week for my day off (aka, a mental health day)... I had plans to go to Pandora to get a few charms. Got a charm for Christmas, so my husband bought me the bracelet and stoppers. I know, kind of backwards, but I always wanted a pandora bracelet so I was so happy that my friend got me a charm!
Went to the ala Moana Store and Lily helped me. She was AWESOME! I didn't have my bracelet with me so I showed her a picture of my bracelet and she recreated it so I could visually see how the charms I picked out and the chain would look. Loved the look! Thank you, Lily! I really appreciate your excellent customer service!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - May 7, 2016
PANDOOOORAAAA.
I'm am SUPER obsessed with Pandora! Came here tonight to grab my mom a couple more charms for Mother's Day. ( I already bought her six from Vegas!!) BROKE DA WALLET! Anyway got here at about 7:45pm store was crowded. Wasn't until one of the employees told me to sign in that I actually signed in. That was a little different since usually in Vegas you can walk up to the counter and just get an employees attention and ask what your looking for....
I was in and out of this store in a jiffy! I believe the lady's name who helped me was terry. Thank you for helping us and getting us in and out lol. I ended up getting my mother some rose gold and a few different things, including a little something for myself.
I love everything about Pandora and these bracelets are addicting! Each Pandora is different, so if your visiting Hawaii make sure to get an EXCLUSIVE Hawaii charm! As well as the Las Vegas Stores, and I'm sure other stores as well. Anyway you know I'll be back! :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 21, 2015
I'm not sure why this store has such low reviews. Every time that I come here, which is a lot, the salespeople are super friendly and super helpful. Anyway, my birthday is coming up in a few days. The hubby asked what I wanted for my birthday. Of course I said, Pandora charms. I'm addicted to their bracelets and charms. It doesn't help that they keep coming out with new charms for every season and every occasion (sigh). They're running a promo this weekend. Spend a $100 in the store and get a free bracelet, which is not hard to do. Each charm is around $50-$60, so you buy two charms and you'll get your bracelet.

Worst experience ever at this Pandora location. I've purchased thousands of dollars at various Pandora stores and never have I ever felt judged. I purchased a $100.00 dollar charm online (picked up at store and not the first time doing this) and the sales clerk gave it to me in a mesh bag WTH! There was another couple that purchased and had their items in a box... you know those cute Pandora box. That is part of the Pandora experience. There was a guy that purchased and got his in a box. When I asked, the sales clerk she asked another lady if she could put it in a box and I assume she said yes because I got one. So I asked the clerk if there was some kind of protocol or threshold that determines when you get a box or not. The response was depends. So I asked depends on what? She kept fumbling with her answers. Well if you buy a bracelet you get a box. My response was I've purchased a $40.00 charm and got a box. So I asked is it just this store? Again she fumbled with her answers. So I just told her that I felt judged because I'm a local and maybe because I'm not her nationality she treated me different. I don't know... just beware when shopping at this location if you local show them that you should be treated the same as everyone one else and to Pandora... depends is not an answer its briefs for those who need it. Teach your sales clerks how to respond and most of all teach them what ALOHA means!!!

I went here to buy something nice for my girlfriend in November. The 29th of November to be specific. Her birthday is at the middle of December and she ended up not liking the bracelet, so I came back to do a return on the 29th of December. I got a there after work and no one spoke to me for 20 minutes, (even though the store wasn't busy at all,) Then a sales associate proceeded to tell me I couldn't do a return. I told her the company website says otherwise. She got another sales associate who then ask me for a receipt. I gave it to her and they both stared at it before one said the manager left for the day. Then she said I could come back tomorrow and TRY get a refund from said manager. I'm not trying to steal or con anybody. Just treat customers with respect and honor your stores policy as apart of the staff. That's all.
