We purchase our first home with broker, Tezra Rogers and realtor, Mai Vang. One of the best decisions we made. We were looking to buy in Sacramento and Mai was willing to work with us and traveling wasn't a problem even when she was about to pop (she was pregnant). When Mai was not available to come out and show us houses, Tezra came in place of her. Talk about awesome teamwork and customer satisfaction! They are both very professional and communication was never a problem. Every question we had were answered. And if we didn't understand something, they made sure we understood by explaining in non-technical terms until we understood. While looking at homes, Mai also gave us great tips and pointed out little things to look for that we never thought about. We also did not feel pressured nor did we feel taken advantage of. Our needs were definitely their top priority. Thank you Tez and Mai for an awesome first time buyer home experience!

Stay far away from Tezra Rogers! She's a liar and a thief. She may be fine as a real estate agent, but not as a property manager. She falsified documents in order to steal money, gave illegal move out notices, she constantly harassed my family, went as far as trying to get my kids taken from me and then claimed that I left the sinks running causing flooding. Yet, she never said anything to me about water left running. I didn't do that at all! In fact, I had the water turned off before I left. You should be ashamed of yourself!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about Real Estate and the current market which has eased my mind about purchasing. With the market in our area being hot, it is important to go see a property as soon as it hits the market.
