We are OPEN inside 60 W Elm St. in Hillsboro, Texas. We also have a drive thru. We brew an amazing cup of coffee. Try our house made mocha! Our lattes feature Mill-King milk from McGregor. We bake our own sweets and eats like: muffins and Quiche, and offer non-coffee drinks like Lotus energy drinks, loose leaf teas, limeade and smoothies. We serve “the best Reuben sandwich in town.” We offer soups and salads. Sandwiches can be made on GF bread or as a wrap.

Allison H.West, TX04421Sep 29, 2023It truly doesnt matter what you will order, it will be amazing!! The atmosphere is the sweetest. Whether you need a place to sit and work, which I do often, or a place for lunch.. there isnt a better shop in Hillsboro.
The spinach artichoke grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup is seriously to die for.
The fact that the workers learn your regular orders and serve you quickly is amazing. The owner is present with a joy filled smile on her face and she will make your visit even better.

The fruit was served in tiny cute little containers. The atmosphere is nice with the art displayed all around too. The service was great and we enjoyed our meal.

Very cute coffee shop inside a historical building. Parking was a little challenging. The space was charming and had little vendors amongst the bookshelves. The baristas were helpful and welcoming. I ordered a peppermint mocha to go. The cup was so Christmassy and cute! And the drink was a great balance of peppermint and chocolate. A great find while passing though!

Phenomenal service. The food is as if your best friend's mom cooked it.
Stace and Scott are lovely people who care about their community and they find ways to give back through showcasing local art and entrepreneurs' products in their cafe, and deliver high quality food and service.
