Very disappointed ordered take out last night . Blooming onion not so blooming was soaked in oil . Now the real disappointment chicken sandwich was over cooked my daughter filet was also over cooked with what seemed to have a dirty grill flavor to it

Upon arriving we were greeted and seated fairly promptly. The table was clean but after that things slowed down. We sat at our table for about 5 minutes before anyone came over or introduced themselves. It wasn't that busy. I can tell my wife was getting annoyed. Finally someone came and took our orders. I got a steak which was ok. I had two drinks both alright. Overall just not impressed and likely won't be returning soon, for a bill with tip a little under $200 I would have hoped for more. Nothing really stuck out to me,

Pretty good for a chain restaurant.

what do you expect from chain restaurant?! Wine glass had grease lip prints from prior customer. Salad was wilted. But the server was friendly.

Food is nothing to brag about. We had to send back a prime rib sandwich because it was all fat and had no flavor. David, our server the new hire is a great asset. we would come back just to see him he made an excellent drink for me. The manager was very pleasant.

Our Waitress Arianna Was very pleasant. She was quick and returned to our table often to check on our status. My Bloomin Chicken was tasty moist and hot. Broccoli was cooked aldente just the way I like it. My wife had the surf and turf with roasted Brussel sprouts. The lobster was very good as well as the Brussel sprouts, the steak. Unfortunately, was over cooked to my wife liking all and all 4 out of 5 stars.

This was the best chain restaurant I've ever been to. The food was all great I went out with 9 people all was good The service was amazing the music was upbeat and the lighting was not blinding but not too dark.

Went here for dinner this past Monday night, place was not busy
We were seated right away, and then waited for 10 minutes for our waiter to appear, after taking out drink order he said I'll be back in a "sec" he disappeared for another 10 minutes and said he was busy repairing the printer in the back. I asked for the manager after a few minutes we got up and left on the way out out waiter was talking to the manager, when I told him 20 minutes was too long to wait ( at this point we were not even served drinks) to place an order
He just stared at me with a deer in the headlights look and grunted
Never before have we had this type of experience at any restaurant, and at this particular location we have always had decent service..... Waiter started babbling, Manager was worthless

We go sit down 5-6x per year and the same with takeout
Last night we ordered some burgers
I arrived a few minutes early and the 3 takeout spots were taken up by 2 vehicles ( car and Ford F-250) so I parked along curb in front of the dumpster
Attendant came out asked my name which I gave went inside then came out and told me it would take a few more minutes
When he came out with our food he gave me the amount and I gave him cash with tip
He than proceeded to lecture me on parking in the wrong spot, I couldn't believe my ears this child telling me to what to do in such an arrogant manner
Child needs to be retrained with the emphasis on how not to piss a customer off.
I'm highly insulted, maybe I'm getting thin skinned in my old age but there's a way to say things properly
Anyway, longhorn will be reopen soon and they will now receive my business

Went here first dinner, pretty of two. Took about 5 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us awkwardly standing, waiting to be seated. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, giving us his recommendations.

I have always loved going to Outback, but recent visit was horrible, steak was overcooked and seasonless...I don't complain ever about food or service but 3 meals out of 4 were terrible....told the waiter, he suggested we talk to manager who never came by table so we paid and left vowing never to go back, what a shame....
