Better than average pizza. Crust is a bit thick, sauce has a good tang, and well I'd like a bit more cheese.

I was looking for a simple bite after checking into the Casco Bay Hotel nearby and was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Normally I avoid chains when travelling but my Yelp research indicated that I would have a high quality and delicious experience here and I was not disappointed.

The menu here is fairly limited, with a strong focus on the pizza options. The selection is definitely unique with options such as Fresh Pineapple, Bacon & Hot Honey, Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion, and Pulled Pork & Mango. The prices are fairly reasonable, especially considering the generous amount of toppings that you get and the quality of the ingredients.

I tried the Spicy Pulled Pork, Pepperoni, Bacon & Sausage and it delivered on flavor. One of the surprising things is that it wasn't too salty at all and the heat really helped to tie all of the flavors together. I found the amount of cheese to be just right with a good ratio in comparison to the dough and the light tomato sauce wasn't too runny and helped to give a lightly soupy feel when mixed with everything else. The best part was really the dough, which was similar to the one I had on the MSC Meraviglia cruise ship. It had a good flavor and light crispiness to it and just the right amount of chewiness. This went well with their delicious otto cookie which shows the same amount of care and quality ingredients as their pizza.

Overall, the pizza at Otto is delicious and flavorful with quality ingredients and prepared with care.

Ordered 2 pizzas online totaling $53 with tip.... I came 5 minutes after I was told to arrive for pick up and they said I have to wait another 12 or 15 minutes... this was not the quick lunchtime pick up I expected...

We tried this place for the first time and it was very good. We had a slice of Mashed Potato & Scallion. We also ordered the Pineapple, Bacon and Hot Honey and love it. This was a nice surprise. The service was exceptional too. The place is simple and just like the pizza, simple doesn't have to mean bad, it was a good place.

I first heard that Otto's pizzas are recommended. I ordered their butternut squash, cranberry, and ricotta pizza. Also ordered their pulled pork and mango to go. The taste of these pizzas was out of this world. It was freaking awesome! The staff were friendly and if we had any questions or food allergies. The vibe inside the establishment was cozy and industrial-like. It was clean. Family friendly and there is a parking lot.
Overall the experience was pleasant and I'd go back there again!

This Otto's location is tucked into a strip mall on John Roberts Road behind the Maine Mall in South Portland. What a little gem. It has an industrial look and a very inviting atmosphere. The pizza is of the same quality as the original restaurant in Portland. It is thin crust with light sauce and perfectly cooked. I had a slice ( very large) of the mashed potato, bacon and scallions. The combo seems odd but you just need to try it. The potato gives the pizza an amazing mouth feel, so creamy. It is my absolute favorite!

I've been eating Otto pizza for as long as they've been in Maine, and I'm always amazed at how tasty their pizzas are!

Otto's is one of our go-to pizza places. Sometimes we will eat in but mostly we take-out from John Roberts in SoPo.
Our two favs are the spicy pulled pork and the large always beats the two of us and then, lately, the mushroom bacon and vidalia which is a little lighter and we can finish that one at a single sitting

OTTO is a solid pizza option near the airport in Portland, Maine. We ordered the four cheese pizza with the standard mozzarella cheese, accentuated by dollops of a decent ricotta, and very tasty fontina and asiago cheeses.

The crust is fabulous, relatively thin with cornmeal on the bottom for extra crispness. The cheese sticks are also good, with two decently flavorful cheeses but a great buttery, garlicky bread with the perfect texture. You'll want to order an extra pomodoro sauce which might just be the highlight of the entire menu!

This was a great find. This unassuming restaurant is located in a business park and my expectations were not super high. I was pretty hungry and really anything would do. The employees were super friendly and helpful. We ordered the meat lovers pizza, soda, and cookie. We went in about 3:00 and it wasn't super crowded but had steady business, which is always a good sign. We started with the cookie since it was available right away. I was pleasantly surprise by its taste and texture. The soda choices consisted of your standard Pepsi flavors. Then came out the pizza. It had a generous amount of toppings. The famous crust did not disappoint with a great texture and flavor. The bold but not overpowering sauce added to the experience. The two of us easily devoured this pizza. Afterwards, I asked about things to do and the server was very helpful in pointing out some attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for good, affordable food.

We recently used Otto's pizza for our grandson's birthday party at Jordan's Furniture "It Adventure Ropes Course" at the Maine Mall and they did a GREAT job re: having our 10 pizzas and salad ready at the requested time. They provided paper plates, forks and napkins and everyone LOVED the food. Thank you Otto's - my grandson (7) said it was his best birthday party ever!!!
