We had a great experience getting cabinets from Osborne and Dermody. Our contractor had used them and suggested that we go see the shop. We were helped by Dannielle who was absolutely wonderful! She has so much knowledge about different products and projects and she showed us different options at different price points. In follow up emails and phone calls she was super accessible and very responsive.
The cabinets arrived in the window that Dannielle had promised and they are sturdy and great quality. When we had an issue where one cabinet door arrived with a small split in the wood, Dannielle ordered us a new one right away, free of charge.
I would use them again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 310562May 20, 2023
Undertaking a complete remodel of a 2003 house, including an all new, expanded kitchen. Jeff at O&D has been a rockstar, creating exactly the kitchen we had envisioned. Super helpful with budget concerns and patient with finish selections. Explained every detail and fast to make revisions. All the staff at O&D have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would return for any millwork project.

This was at 605 Glendale Ave, Ste 105, Sparks, NV 89431 both times.
30 yrs ago I bought everything from this shop. From appliances and cabinets. I was real happy.
Over a year ago I ordered my cabinets (they no longer sale appliances). December 2021 I hired a licensed contractor to install the cabinets. It has been a nightmare with these cabinets that Nicole ordered with so many of the wrong cabinets, never gave me options what I could have inside the cabinets. After giving her my list of all the appliances I had ordered so that she would be able to incorporate it to my cabinets, apparently she did not know how to do that. Ordered my refrigerator panels wrong. When I had my refrigerator and freezer installed as flush per my order with my flash pieces on the invoice, they could not install it because she ordered two shorter panels. When I told her I was putting a full arch out of stone in my kitchen she refused to add it to my design and ordered cabinets that she felt needed. She actually told me to be quiet because she knows what she's doing. Apparently she didn't. She never put room for my arch, she put cabinets to close to my range so I was unable to open the doors. She did anything she wanted without my approval. I have cabinets that are useless for example a spice cabinet which I told her I did not need because I have my own spice area. But she never listened. I told her I was putting in a dog pot filled her with a sink so I didn't need a front doors on our cabinet But she felt I needed the front doors and charged me, so now I have a spare front door. Where I wanted to put my steam oven, she, on her own decided to put it at the far end of the kitchen instead of where I wanted it in my cooking area. Today is October 2022 and I still don't have all the corrections because the last order from her mistake she still ordered it wrong and now they have to re-order. The kitchen "I" designed is no way what I want it but I guess it's what she wanted. It's been a nightmare. So far I have spent over $200,000 for my dream kitchen and Osborne and Dermody has made it so messed up that has from start to now has been a total compromise instead of my dream kitchen of my design to whatever. This is my last kitchen and I was wishing for MY kitchen not with so many unnecessary nightmares. (The owner told me I should of gone sone where else. A little to late now buddy. So take his advice, and go some else before it's to late for youHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Randy S.Alpine Meadows, CA846522Oct 3, 2020
After shopping at a handful of stores, and reading some online reviews, we ended up at Osborne & Dermody. The feeling we got from the moment we walked in the showroom was comforting and professional. Jeff T clearly knows what he's doing w/regard to cabinets (turns out he installed them for years before switching to sales).
The showroom had a large selection of little samples set up to view, plus tons of all the detail stuff. Since we were doing our kitchen remodel ourselves, it really helped to be able to see what everything would look like - more or less - in space. Jeff was able to steer us toward options that gave us lots of flexibility, but didn't break the bank. He then took our measurements and sent us multiple renderings of what the final product would look like. We loved his suggestion of a microwave in a drawer, but didn't take every suggestion.
The cabinets were delivered exactly when they were promised (sort of surprising since it was the height of Covid-times). In fact, it was almost too early - we'd built in a little wiggle room. But even if they'd been early, O&D has warehouse space and would have held them in Reno until we needed them.
Jeff was fantastic in helping us choose wood and finishes that we love. He assured us it would all work together with the new floors we were installing, and it does. He held our hands through a few iterations of layout and options, and nudged us in the right direction.
The end result - we love our cabinets. We didn't end up doing the whole installation ourselves. We hired a contractor to help us, since we moved plumbing around, added some lighting and ran electrical connections. But we did all the demolition ourselves, plus a lot of the little things that make it "our" project.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rob B.Reno, NV135Feb 21, 2019Updated review
Amazing Experience. While remodeling my master bathroom, I ordered a new vanity from O & D. They were great! The designer I met with was knowledgeable and patient. She listened to my needs and helped me make the right choice for my bathroom. After the vanity was ordered, I called to check on its status. The person I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant The vanity was promptly made and timely delivered. There were no delays. I can't wait for my contractor to install it! My entire experience was positive. I highly recommend O & D if you need cabinetry!
I am currently remodeling my guest bathroom and I had such a great experience at O&D 2 years ago, I returned to order 2 vanities for my guest bath. This time I met with Austin. I could not be happier. His customer service skills are outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and patient even though I asked for countess plan revisions.
As I noted before, if you need cabinets, check out O&D. You will not be disappointed.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Oct 25, 2016Previous reviewAmazing Experience. Over nearly a year of researching kitchen cabinets during a recent remodel, we became pretty price-tag and salesman-shy. Osborne & Dermody, especially Diana, came through for us most satisfactorily. The cabinets arrived a few days ahead of schedule and are everything we could ask for, beautiful, functional, sturdy, and sized correctly. There was a small finish issue that was rectified in a timely manner, and extra pieces were possible without any hassle.
I didn't mark the "Price Range" category as they have it all. Diane was exceptionally patient and professional with our multiple design changes and endless questions.
We will certainly come here first if there is ever a "next time!"Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ryan C.Reno, NV512Jan 15, 2019
We ordered cabinets for our new home build through Osborne and Dermody. Keri was so helpful and our favorite person to work with and favorite company to work with for our project. Incredible customer service and support. Thank you Keri Brynan and Osborne & Dermody.

My wife and I used Osborne & Dermody in our kitchen remodel a few years ago with all Decor appliances. They were very helpful with everything we needed. I later purchased some inexpensive kitchen cabinets for our workplace break room, and we got a better deal than I expected, both in quality and price. I felt I got good value, and was very impressed when the sales rep came out and measured what we were doing, while treating us as if we were a much larger job than we were. I liked their professionalism. I think this is a great, locally owned shop, and I would rate them very highly.

I've bought a bundle of appliances from Debbie. She always gets me exactly what I want and she will even order directly from the manufacturer for you, so you can get whatever model you want, and at the best prices. Also anyone that she had ever recommended for delivery or installation has done a fantastic job. Furthermore, I've never had a problem with any of my appliances from Osborne And Dermody maybe I'm just lucky. But if this is a concern of yours, you can always add a service plan from A different entity if you want to spend more money when you buy it to have a peace of mind service plan. Your sales person from Sears doesn't make arrangements to get your washer fixed either they have a separate entity that does that type of service, that you buy a plan from. I've never had an appliance left in my garage for six months by any installer , but I thinking, I would've called somebody else in A couple of days. I don't know about you but I use my appliances every day.
