Original Village Pizza

I've given this place enough chances. It's not what it used to be.
Overpriced and never again. Sorry.

Love the square pizza! It's the best! Also love the wings! I work not to far from here but love it so much we get food on Fridays and take back to New Jersey cause it's sooo much better then the pizza and wings near us!

Rotting steak in the cheesesteaks. Rancid, canned tomato sauce in the otherwise flavorless pizzas.

Friendly, hardworking, fast employees but the food tastes terrible under the new owners.

The good reviews must be from friends or foreigners who believe that boiled rat is a delicacy.

Note that the restaurant's name is now Village Pizza, not Original Village, which had much fresher and better tasting food.

This place is good spot for quick and easy pizza. Good spot for work lunch but I wouldn't order from here for dinner.
My company ordered the mushroom pizza, pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, chicken tender platter and French fries.

The pizza was good but extremely greasy. Oil would not stop dripping as I picked up the pizza. I enjoyed the taste after removing some of the excess grease. The chicken tenders were tasty and very juicy!

Again, I would recommend companies ordering lunch from here and keeping employees happy. I wouldn't necessarily order pizza from here to bring home. I've read reviews that their hoagies are good so wouldn't be opposed trying that one day!

This is some good pizza . May be a little oil and a little pricey but it's worth it because the pizza in that area is pretty bad outside of this store of course . The service isn't bad .

They have the best pizza- reminds me of a pizza place I used to eat at as a child in my old neighborhood.was babysitting my nephew this night and ordered a cheese pizza for us to share with my daughter as well. Got it delivered very quickly and it was so delish. So much cheese and very fresh and still hot!

When I go eat inside- the staff is very friendly and always helpful when it comes to making suggestions. The cheese steaks are also good and mozzarella fries.

This place has gotten worse. Also, they don't pick up their phone (well they do, so that they can hang up) and they make you download an app to order online. They're not special enough for an app download. On to the next pizza place

Best pizza and cheese steaks around. I drive from buck's county just for their food. Keep up the good food.

I'm new to the neighbourhood and have been on a quest to find good pizza. I've easily tried 10 different pies in the area and I can finally stop looking! Original Village Pizza is hands down the best in town! We got a large plain pie and it was absolute perfection! Real cheese!!! Not that cheap stuff that apparently the majority of the shops around here use! The crust was crispy and delivered that perfect crunch followed by a little fluff on the inside! The cheese stretched like in a commercial and the sauce was on point!
Even the delivery person was super friendly and personable!
My new go to when my friends and family come from NYC to prove you can get awesome pizza here in Philly!
