      I have been with this credit union for over 40 years. They were fantastic . . . but today they are filled with incompetent and arrogant staff that are rude and unhelpful. Their phone services are horrible and in person services are worse. I never thought that I would feel so horrible about a financial institution that I have used for so long, but I'm pretty much done. If I wanted a rude bank, then I would have used a rude bank, but I have stayed with my membership services at a credit union to get more personalized service . . . that is gone now. They are like every other bank now.

      When I called, I was routed to Paula, the branch manager, who was so helpful when she scheduled a same day appointment to open a business account. She made sure I had the correct paperwork so I was prepared for my meeting with Julissa.

      Julissa told me that she was excited because it was the first business account she ever opened. She was kind, patient and informative with my questions. She and another associate ,Vaughn, took the time to carefully explain all of my choices with accounts and helped me with my selection. I got a debit card the same day and overall, I felt that I was well taken care of.

      New to Flag, I've found that people are so nice here, and the folks at OneAZ are no exception. Kudos.

      This is by far the absolute worst bank I've ever had to deal with. I got an account at OneAz after moving into the area from Michigan and belonging to a great credit union there. This bank is extremely inconvenient. Only one drive through ATM in town and that is way over on the east side. I have never been able to make a deposit into any of the ATM's at OneAz. To make a deposit I have to go to the credit union only when they're open and then they want my bank card, my driver's license, and a hand written deposit slip! Are there really people depositing money into the accounts of strangers? Why does it take so long to make any transaction here?
      I tried to get a small loan on a beautiful vehicle but because of the age they only offered me half the value. Not to mention by the time they actually got around to my business the vehicle was already sold anyway. At my previous credit union I could call them on the phone and 2 hours later pick up a check. I'm done with this bank. I have closed all my accounts and taken my money to another bank that actually wants it.

      One AZ Credit Union. This is the third name they have had since I became a savings account customer over 20 years ago. (Arizona State Savings and Credit Union and Arizona State Credit Union.) I have financed two vehicles through them.

      I do not know why they constantly feel it necessary to change their name. Perhaps the people at the top make these decisions because they want to pretend that they are making more of an impact than they really are making. Think of all of the rebranding they need to do each time. I would be stunned if this type of move did not cost over one million each time they change their name.

      When they changed their name they changed their website and they changed my account number. I do not recall receiving notification of this new account number. Each time I tried to log into the website, I was locked out. The customer service telephone line always had a long wait so I gave up, assuming my money was safe where I had parked it. I could not have been more wrong with my assumption.

      I had no complaints with them until they started to charge me a ten dollar fee every month for not having a good mailing address. Okay, my fault for not notifying them directly but i could not get through on the phone and I am busy person. I always put in a change of address with the post office. Therefore they had my updated address via returned mail.

      My savings statements were delivered via email, a change made without my consent. There was no email concerning my bad address. One time they emailed a list of updated fees. The list did not mention any bad address fee.

      Eventually I was issued a partial refund of the bad address fees. I tried to address further concerns with their customer service by email. After a few back and forth emails they started answering questions that I was not asking. This is the usual brush-off utilized by institutions when they pretend they don't understand your questions. So I closed my account.

      I was forced to walk into a branch to close my account. They told me I had to wait for a manager. I told him I did not want to wait for a manager and I had no desire to speak with one. I removed all but five dollars from my account and then I had to send a letter to get a refund of that five dollars. I feared they would charge me for a low account balance every month and then try to collect a debt.

      My issue is, for someone who was banking with them for over twenty years is why they did not pick up the telephone or send an email and let me know that I was being charged ten dollars each month. It's all about the money and it's nothing about customer service. Me with an 850 credit score and perhaps shopping for a new vehicle soon: Your Loss!

      I've always been pleased with my service here with one exception: the lack of teller windows available. If you're only going to have one or two staffed, why even have 7 available?

      My other gripe is since they've changed to One Az. I used to be able to count my two direct deposits (I get paid bi weekly) as a large enough amount for my checking to stay free. Now, I had to bump it up so each direct deposit is the minimum amount. When I was charged for this- after years of not- and when I initially set up my DD I was told that what you DD in a month, not a single DD counted. Without any warning, they changed the policy. That's just crappy customer service.

      Also, being a CU, they are closed on Saturdays which make them less convenient to use.

      Always had quality service here at OneAZ.
      Has always seemed to be a bank coming from the ethos of Supporting me as a customer as opposed to hoping to squeeze more cash outta me. Have banked with them for over 8 years and will continue to do so.

      This is a great credit union. They have always worked with me to accomplish all of my banking needs.
      Julissa is the most amazing representative of this credit union. She has a fantastic attitude, and a smile that brightens up the room. Her happiness is contagious, and you WILL NOT leave here without a smile yourself. Julissa has helped me with complex banking needs and never once did she break her smile.
