One Access Medical Transportation

I highly recommend One Access. They are extremely professional and. helpful. They were great with transporting me up to my apartment.

This service is the best out of ALL the wheelchair-gurney services I've used PERIOD!!!! They are ALWAYS on time or early to the pick ups and usually with will-calls on a longer appointment, they won't leave you hanging like some of the larger companies. And if you really want A-1 service, ask for Randy and Thomas, they are the best team I've ever had bar none!!!

Ray & William... amazing

Was able to schedule appt at nearly 5PM for a gurney ride the next day for my brother.

Facility he was taken to (an Imaging Center who shall not yet be named till this crisis has passed...grrrr) was ill-prepared for a GURNEY! No notice in advance. They were completely perplexed.

But for the care, patience, and help from William & Ray, I am convinced we'd still be waiting for care at the appt.

So capable & caring all aroung - scheduling, billing, but again most of all, the compassion from Ray & William.

I hope you never need this kind of service, but don't look further if you do. Waste of your time.

Hello my friends!! I have been using access one medical transportation via Kaiser Permanente for rides to my dentist to my doctor it's been wonderful the drivers like AJ and Vincent and Tommy are very nice carrying accommodating knowledgeable and really good drivers I feel safe when I'm driving with them I also feel comfortable they drop you off when they're supposed to and they pick you up when they're supposed to they really do a great job it's a blessing thanks guys.

We used One Access today for the first time to transport my wheelchair bound sister to a medical appointment. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They were on time for the pickup and were waiting for us when the appointment was over. Ace, our driver, and Dina, the transport assistant were so helpful and pleasant to be with. We will continue to use One Access in the future.

Joy and Elijah helped transport my mom to her medical appointment yesterday. I would say that this was the most positive experience we ever had with many medical transports that we had in the past. Joy and Elijah were very helpful and kind. They were early which was wonderful. They made sure that she was secured and comfortable. They treated her like she was a family. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Joy and Elijah!

On the way back, we encountered Geraldine. She offered to take us back even though it was her lunch break, but Joy and Elijah were already on their way to pick us up on time. I was very impressed with Geraldine because she was willing to go above and beyond to help patient/client.

Once Access Medical Transportation is very lucky to have such wonderful and caring employees who would go above and beyond to provide excellent service for patients. We would request your company for sure for another ride when she is due for her appointment. God Bless and continue to provide excellent service because it does make a difference to patient/family/caregiver. Thank you very much.

Randy and Nate are the epitome of taking care of who they transport. They made sure our mom was comfortable and took the time to ensure a quality ride. They even were very accommodating when an extra procedure needed to be done. Ask for Randy and Nate if you want your loved one to have the care you would give to your loved ones.

I'm temporarily in a wheelchair due to a hip injury. I also have serious lung problems. I've been getting wheelchair transport to various medical appointments. OneAccess is the best so far. They're totally on the ball in terms of responsiveness, equipment, convenience., and personnel. It makes a difference!

Awesome service to get wheelchair bound patient to doctor appointments. I was hesitant at first but decided to give it a try. A bit expensive, but my reservation was last minute so I don't know if pricing is adjusted for the notice given. Service was top notch, especially for people needing to get to appointments without family members going with them. They pick you up at your location and wheel you to the van and then drop you off at the actual doctor's office, and pick you up from there as well. On time if not early. My dad's pickup was at 7:30am, but they were there at 7:00am and waited patiently for us to be ready by 7:30am. We never felt rushed with them waiting. I drove to the appointment and met them at my dad's appointment, but you also can ride with them in the van if you choose not to drive separately. You just have to let them know that. Would use them in the future.

I work for an assisted living facility, and we have tried to use this company a few times and it has been disaster.

I called one day to book a pick-up for a resident that was at a SNF. The person confirmed my reservation. I then called back two hours later to cancel since my resident had to stay another week.
The person whom I called to cancel said we are NOT in their system. This was scary because if I didn't' cancel, my resident wouldn't have been picked up since were not in their system.
The original pick date came and a driver with One Access called to say he was at the SNF waiting for my resident. I explained that I called to cancel and was told I was not in the system, so I was told I didn't have to cancel.
Now I have a bill for the pickup. I called the company, and they told me to hold while they investigate it. After 15 minutes on hold they disconnected me.
I called back and was informed that unless I have the name of the person whom I made the reservation with, I can't dispute the bill. I went back and forth with them for 15 minutes and was then told they need to find a supervisor. I didn't want to give them a call back number because I've lost all confidence with this company. I was told there is nothing they can do and will call me back. I requested a call back within an hour and it's been almost 3 hours and no call back.
I strongly recommend you do not use this company because there is no guarantee they will deliver what they promise.
