Once Again

My husband needed 4 suits (purchased within last year) tailored to create the new fitted streamlined suit. Suits had been previously tailored by Mens Wearhouse which did an awful job. I will never go anywhere but Once Again. Owner is FABULOUS and does the work! She listened to our needs and did three fittings to ensure my husband's suits fit perfectly. Her craftsmanship is impeccable, appropriate turn around times and reasonable.

Independently owned and operated tailor. They do a great job darting shirts for me for a better fit. The shirts were ready as promised on the day of pickup. I'll be bringing more to them!

Ruined my clothes! Brand new $350 and $275 pants that are now unwearable. Just look at the pictures. Pants are bunched, stitches skipped and ran back over 3-4 times with gaps inches apart, and their too short as well! Should have known when the lady put a single safety pin on each cuff and bragged about not needing fancy tools or needing to snap a chalk line. PLEASE do not make the same mistake as me. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Best tailor for alterations. Men and women. Measures once and always perfect. Always. The store may look a little cluttered, but the workmanship is always spot on. We have been using Juanita for 20 years and I have always been pleased.

I am thankful to this place! I had an appointment with another company and they completely dropped the ball, closed and not answering phones when I was there for my appointment. I called and she was so sweet and was able to squeeze me in right away. I was stressing due to the last minute nature and the wedding being two weeks away, but they were able to get my jumpsuit hemmed quickly for me! Definitely will be using them again!

I've used Once Again on a few occasions to alter work clothes, and one special project for some outside speakers. The results have always surpassed my expectations...at a very fair price...and on time! Alterations seem to be a dying art in our town- sooo happy these guys are still around to provide such an excellent service! Cheers and mega thanks!

My wife brought several blouses in to be shortened and hemmed. A week later the hem on one fell out. She brought it in to be fixed. They had a bad attitude and kept it for a week. Now several more have fallen out.

The ladies were very kind & did a great job on a dress I needed altered. I'll be returning for future alterations.

Juanita is an expert. I've had her alter many different types of clothing, including some curtains as well. Great seamstress! The bonus is her adorable dog who does belly crawls!

I had purchased a pair of pants and I wanted the back pockets opened up. There was another customer who had dropped off pants and was putting on a a dress for alterations. The owner grabbed her "scalpel" and popped the threads and said no charge. Otherwise it would of been a weeks wait.

I am very happy with their work, but more importantly when I was in dropping off my stuff she offered me free mask for me and my family I already have mask , so I didn't take any but was moved by her generosity. I could see around a hundred mask in the box. Thank you for caring.
