This is a new hair salon, Norma and Oscar they have very good experience for hair cutting and coloring, even perm, and their price is reasonable.
I do the perm with two of them. like my new curly hair, they have done a wonderful job, I don't know how to say, so just post my photos on , let people know how good they done the job.
I share the photos to my friends, everybody says beautiful, not me, is my hair. TOT
Also I write this review just want more people know them when you looking some new place to take care of your hair.
I want give them 10 stars if I can.
Won't say too much, just come to check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I just want to tell everyone in Dallas,Texas that this is the best place to get your hair done! I have been coming here for many years. One year ago, I left to live in the Middle East and I came today to my only hairdresser, Norma! I showed her what I wanted, which let me clarify, it was totally horrible shape with different colors and she changed it to the salt and pepper look with total perfection!!! I LOVE, LOVE my hair now!!!! Do NOT hesitate to come to this super amazing salon!!! I will have my hair done again next year when I come back for the summer! The BEST!!!! Believe me my hair was red/black/white hair/total mess up!!! I can't say enough positive things about Norma and her amazing team!!! I showed her the picture and she does magic!

walked-in on a saturday night for a haircut and they were busy, regardless they welcomed me in. No long wait. I am pleased with the service and the outcome. the owners were very nice. Oscar who cut my hair did so well, played with my hair like his on commercial. Very much appreciated Oscar.

I used to go here every three months. The experience was great. I'd ask to get my regular hair cut which is to cut the ends of my hair. Oscar never cut my hair short because I'd tell him all the time I wanted to grow out my hair. he would cut at an inch in the time span of 9 months. Until recently. He poked me with the scissors two to three times and kept saying sorry. He also combed my face and hit my nose and said sorry again. He ended up cutting three inches of my hair. I wasn't paying attention because I trusted him to cut my hair like he regularly does. He cut the three inches I was letting my hair grow all off since I first started going. This experience was horrible and I would never go again to Oscar.

Norma just fixed a horrible haircut that a previous stylist left on my hair. She did awesome! Making sure that I was happy with my cut and length. Definitely one of the best hair salons I've been too, and I will be returning for sure. I recommend you check them out!

I JUST had my hair cut! Norma did an amazing job! Really took time to make sure she cut it like I wanted. They were both very friendly. I will be back, especially since Oscar said he would teach me how to dance!!!

This place is AWESOME Norma has more than 20 years of experience and is the best in the business. I will give this place 6 Stars for service friendliness cleanliness and atmosphere. Not to mention there prices are very very reasonable. Please go see Norma and tell her Elvis sent you . If you really want to look like a movie star or a rock star or a professional business man or business woman here is the best place to go !!!

Norma has been cutting my bf hair for 2years!! She does a great job . Right now he has been doing a combover and she perfects the style. I love her new salon it's very clean and chic looking. You have to come see Norma if your looking for a great inexpensive hairstyle.

I just moved to Carrollton and wanted to find a new salon to fix my overgrowth from being stuck at home during the pandemic. Decided to try this place since it had solid reviews and now I feel completely deceived. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself not to visit this salon. My hair is butchered and I have to look like this for months now because of the sheer incompetence of my stylist. I essentially asked for a basic undercut with my front-middle bangs being the longest part of the style. She proceeds to cut my bangs first thing..... The back of my hair is still longer than the front, why? I don't know how to cut hair and had to instruct her the entire time on how to style it. It's the simplest thing to understand. Bangs long, everything beyond that is shorter in a reverse slope similar to a Bob. I seriously don't think she even knows what a Bob is. I acted happy with it as not to cause trouble but after a week of dealing with looking like this I'm fed up. My hair was the perfect length to be able to pull off this style but now I've had to get rid of a lot more than I ever wanted to in order to fix it. Now I have to wait for MONTHS to try again. At least this time it'll be with a salon that has much more creativity and experience. There's a lot more I can leave in this review to further specifically describe my bad experience here (Like the fact she tried to tell me she was finished when it wasn't even close to being done, or the fact I even brought MULTIPLE PICTURES of what I wanted and she STILL couldn't pull off a simple hairstyle) but I don't feel it will do any good. I honestly don't know if they care and just wanted me in and out like another easy chop but that's how it feels. I will never go here again. I will never recommend it to anyone. I will never again have faith in Oscar or his staff. A new customer with a hairstyle request that your staff acts like they've never done before and you let them wack at it anyway without being honest with that customer. Such an appalling way to do business. I hope this review embarrasses this business as much as their lack of efficiency has left me feeling ugly, tricked, and humiliated while having to search for another stylist that was able to fix this travesty.
