I had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden on this rainy afternoon, largely thanks to Stefania, our server. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made our visit truly delightful. I haven't been to Olive Garden in yearsss, but I can say with all of the advertisement on TV - it definitely had me craving some salad and breadsticks.

Olive Garden during the lunch time is busy, however we were seated in an efficient time. My mom and I decided to come today for the lunch special - unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks for $8.99! What an amazing deal! Our server Bill was super attentive and helpful. For our soup we began with chicken & gnocchi and the Zuppa Toscana. Both were very light and rich with flavor surprisingly. The salad was my main reason for coming, and it was fresh, crisp, and the amount of dressing was balanced. The breadsticks were super soft and warm and great for dipping into the soup. My mom got the minestrone and I opted for the pasta e fagoli for next round. It has ground beef, pasta, shredded carrots, beans, and lots of flavor.

I highly enjoyed my lunch at Olive Garden and for the price point - you can not beat that. I'm impressed with the service, quality of food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I've come to this Olive Garden twice this past month, and prior to that haven't been in years. All in all, I had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend this location. I came during lunch, and dinner hours. Both times, I received legendary service and the waiter/waitress were incredibly attentive and the food tasted great.

I did the endless pasta meal, adding the crispy chicken as the protein option during both visits. I decided to get the soup instead of the salad. For $14, or $19 with the protein added, it is an incredible value. I never felt pressured to leave, although I could only handle two plates. I had my daughter with me, and the waiter/waitress were incredibly approachable, patient, and exceeded my expectations.

The service at this location has been pretty phenomenal, and I'd absolute return!

Olive Garden you never disappoint me!! Today's menu is brought to you by their delicious Chicken Alfredo, and the Chicken tortellini Alfredo. Our side dishes were thru Chickens Gnocchi Soup and their amazing house salad. If you and your guest decide to go on a weekend of during the evening, and you party is more than 2 people, it is enough to "Join the Wait List" online so you aren't waiting a long time. The service was amazing and always clean. The general manager was there reassuring everything was going smooth and offering helpful assistance to every table and warmed our hearts with the great service we received!

You delivered dinner for 12 on time and with the order totally correct. Everyone said it was delicious! Thanks for making it a great party!

No one goes to Olive Garden thinking they're getting the most authentic, hidden family secret recipe Italian food straight out of Sicily. As long as you go in knowing what to expect, you can have a reasonably decent experience. I dined-in with some friends on a Friday night and ordered the eggplant parmigiana. It came with a side of regular spaghetti noodles with red sauce over the top. Not much flavor to the sauce and the two eggplant patties were a little thin given the price of the dish. Good thing I filled up on the endless soup (I chose the chicken gnocchi) and breadsticks. Make sure to ask for a separate bowl of alfredo sauce to dip the breadsticks in. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. Parking is easy, as they have their own lot in the endless maze that is Butler Plaza. Would I go again? Sure, why not.

This was a delicious meal. The soup was a little too brothy, but the pasta was excellent and well portioned. The texture of the noodles was perfect. The broccoli was fresh and not woody. The sauce was salty and creamy. The chicken was crunchy. My server, Tanner, was a sweetie pie. An all-around good dining experience.

Let me tell y'all just how happy I am with the quality of service we've always gotten in this restaurant.

This particular Gainesville Olive Garden...I mean, wow. Yet AGAIN we've had beyond satisfactory service and food.

If you're still going down to Ocala, y'all are NUTS! I've even managed to get almost everyone's name that had waited on us...tonight it was the bartender, Joel. Great attentive and so polite...(Actually laughed at my husband's stupid attempts at humor...even I don't. I just roll my eyes). This guy was great. We never had to wait for anything. Our drinks out....IMMEDIATELY. Our salad and breadsticks with shipping sauce? Immediately...less than 3 minutes from clearing from the salad, our dinner.

You just CANNOT find better service anywhere than in here!

Got seated right away. Server was friendly,and took great care of us. Food was hot and my only complaint was I wasn't even done with soup and my.main dish was brought out..

Food was good but service was terrible. A bartender spilled while making a drink. I had to move my food away from the spill & he never cleaned it up. My food arrived before my drink. I never received the breadsticks I asked for. Everything took quite awhile expect for giving me the check.
