Location: around Queen center mall.
Service: very good!
Ambiance: clean and decent. Bathrooms clean too I have to mention. Haha
Food: Tried their soups (zuppa toscana) um it was alright for starter and chicken tortelloni alfredo ( Highly Recommend!!) and their very tasty and soft bread sticks with it. Grilled or sauted salmon and shrimp scampi (it was okay) . Also calamari was okay. Over all we had fun trying their menu.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ginette P.New York, NY733182112576Mar 20, 2024Updated review10 check-ins
We came in on Saturday early afternoon no problem being seated.
Drinks to start I had an Italian sunrise , hubby had a Sicilian sunset they are new to the menu they were great, nice taste decent on the alcohol too not bad if it wasn't for the food being so heavy probably would've had a nicer buzz by the time we left!
No appetizers this time it's just too much unless u have more than 2 people, the Salad & breadstick to start our meal was plenty, specially if u get seconds on the bread sticks they are so good hard to resist.
Main dishes I had the Shrimp scampi this time & it did not disappoint nice tasting sauce , good shrimp & pasta.
Hubby had the Chicken & shrimp carbonara nice combo good sauce chicken & shrimp.
I decided to up the stars because for the most part every time we visit the food is consistently the same which is a plus if u stick to the basics u tend to have no issues w the dishes they have a decent variety.
I've never had an issue with the service, prices are decent plus they do offer a lot of specials, quiet dinning for the most part music is low not a lot of options for a decent sit down meal in the area so this place serves it's purpose.Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 0Oct 14, 2019Previous reviewSince my initial visit this Olive Garden has become a good back up when looking for something decent to eat in the area.
Drinks Spike lemonade not bad , the Berry Sangria is decent the Sangarita & the Tropical margarita's are pretty good as well.
Appetizers new favorites Lasagna fritta I must say these are very good terrible since fried but taste wise I was pleasantly surprised same goes for the Chicken Alfredo pizza fritta also fried comes with additional dipping sauce not needed very good on its own. The Flatbread bread is a good appetizer to share good as well. Zuppa Toscana is good to try, nice tasting broth.
Never hurts to start your meal with the Salad & Bread sticks, good salad & great tasting bread sticks specially when hot. On the main dishes I do like the create your own pasta selection plenty of choices really liked the Creamy Pesto sauce.
My last visit I had an old favorite the Chicken scampi minus the peppers & onions, creamy scampi taste served with angel hair pasta, with plenty of chicken nice tasting, Good dish. My company had create your own with the 5 cheese marinara, angel hair pasta & sausage very good sauce.
Service is not bad never really had an issue they have the kiosk now at the tables where u can pay for yourself my last visit it wasn't working but who knows they can be useful when working.
Price wise they offer a lot of specials good for saving some money, still enjoy dinning here decent options & prices.Aug 25, 2017Previous reviewSince I realized this location open I had been wanting to stop by, previous time too long of a wait but as we all know wait times can be a pain, luckily second time around we didn't wait & were seated right away.
Drinks I had a Rum & Diet Coke not bad my friend had a glass of Red wine good as well.
We started our meal with the Salad & breadsticks,
hard to go wrong w the salad always liked it & of course those bread sticks are like crack so good even better since they came out nice & hot hard not to eat the whole basket.
Appetizers we tried the Zucchini bites & the Calamari , very good zucchini bites cheesy, fried yes but not greasy good dipping sauce. Calamari was good as well.
We also tried the Beef sliders with Fries, good mini burger w cheese & onions nice taste, fries were good as well.
As for the restaurant typical Olive Garden decor this location is pretty big plenty of seating w a bar area upfront.
A lot of the reviews here complain about the service, in my case service was good our waiter was nice & attentive.
Prices are decent for the most part they offer a lot of specials now a days which is always good helps u save a few bucks this is now another good food option in the area. - Oct 1, 2023
The service is a bit slow, my partner and I waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, but we came on a Saturday so that's a bit understandable. Our server was friendly and the food was tasty. We got all you can eat pasta and we were full by the first plate. But, we still tried to eat more and we ordered our second bowl, our server ended up giving us to go boxes which was really nice of her. My first plate was rigatoni with meat sauce and meatballs, the meatballs were the highlight of the dish. I got zuppa toscana, it's usually so delicious but when I got it this time, the meat tasted uncooked. My second plate was fettuccine Alfredo, it was a bit dry.

I came here once and knew I had to come back before giving the 5 stars to make sure it wasn't just once. This is quite the treat. First of all, the place is very nice looking. Great and friendly staff too. The wait wasn't long at all. We get sat and the first time I got the 6oz Sirloin which I thought was good. It wasn't the best steak by all means, but wasn't particularly bad either. But the second time, I had the Chicken Alfredo, which was amazing. I am craving it as I write about it. The fact that you can go there and get the chicken Alfredo, plus unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks for $25 is a steal in my option and is a great price for what you get. I've heard some hard core Italians talk bad about this place because it isn't "real Italian" but I think they are just biased because this place as it stands on its own is great. Perfect place, couldn't find anything wrong with it.

Solid outing at Olive Garden! It's what you'd expect and it's a fun atmosphere. Unlimited soup and salad. Unlimited bread sticks. And all those taste good.
Wines were surprisingly decent. The merlot was a Mondavi special from Napa, California. The rose desert wine was an Italian import.
Shrimp scampi was very nice. 10 or so plump shrimps on a bed of Angel hair pasta.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 29571503Dec 24, 2022
I had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden today for the first time and overall, I must say that I was quite impressed. The food was spot on - the dishes I tried - soup, salad, eggplant parmigiana, and chicken parmigiana - were all delicious.
The service, while friendly, was a bit erratic. They got our order wrong at one point, but they were quick to fix it and made it right. Despite this small hiccup, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Olive Garden.
One thing that particularly stood out to me was the background music, which was very enjoyable and added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location right next to the shopping mall.
While there were a few bumps along the way, the food and atmosphere more than made up for it and I would definitely return in the future.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Claudio S.Flushing, New York, NY01Apr 23, 2024
Service and food are the worst of any restaurant. Employees are rude and unprofessional. I will never be eating here again.

Finally I get to have the breadsticks fresh and not oily!! I definitely enjoyed everything except for when I waited a while for my pasta to be made to then get the wrong dish so then I had to wait even more. I understand people do make mistakes but for a waitress coming numerous times to check on my table I would think she would have gotten the order correctly when ordered. Nonetheless the food was good and the Coca Cola was fresh and not flat at all! I went on a gloomy Wed in April and there was more than enough parking spaces and the restaurant wasn't packed at all. Luckily I never have to wait when coming here either.

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in YEARS !!
I wasn't missing anything.
Staff (I mean no one) wasn't knowledgeable about vegan dishes.
So disappointing!
My margarita was the worst I've had and that shot was so weird.
I don't know.
Salad was embarrassing, didn't bother taking pic.
It will be years before I ever get desperate to return to an Olive Garden if I EVER do.
To each their own.
Enjoy.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 3, 2023
I've seen the commercials but never had Olive Garden before so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the food is a bit disappointing. It's very mediocre. I got shrimp alfredo and five cheese ziti. Each entree comes with a choice of soup or salad. Got one salad and a chicken gnocchi soup. Salad was ok but not as good as some people make it seem. I wouldn't order it if it wasn't free. Soup didn't have much gnocchi. It goes pretty well with the bread sticks though. The pasta was simplistic and a bit plain. The alfredo is not very creamy; I can make better alfredo sauce at home. If you want good pasta go to Carmine's or a real Italian restaurant.
