I started running today with the help of Coach Erin and the Oahu Running Company. 3 knee surgeries were always my excuse. However, Erin is working on my form, my flexibility and my overall wellbeing. We meet twice a week and she is always available by phone or text to answer questions or concerns. Looking forward to more positive changes in my world!

Totally personalized coaching! I received expert advice on which shoe(s) to buy, assessment of running style and a completely customized running schedule. Oahu Running Company helped me to run my second marathon 24 minutes faster than the previous year with less training! Amazing coaches and awesome results!
