Norton Community Hospital

My mother was in the hospital last week. She's very sick and Dr Marissa Vita Cruz took a simple 30 min procedure took 3 hours. It was found out later it was an unnecessary procedure. She was very rough and hateful with her as well. Very poor Bedside manner. She hurt her not helped her. Now she will have to go to North Carolina to undo the botched procedure she performed without even contacting her pcp or her surgeon from another state. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to be treated by her!

This is the worst hospital i have ever been to, i will never go back. The staff members are rude and hateful even to family members, and even children, they are not a family friendly hospital, please think twice before choosing this hospital.
