Best doctor in the metroplex. She listens, she looks for the root cause, and she doesn't give up until she figures out the problem. Love her staff, too, especially Bea.

This physician group (Dr.Perijoc) and her team are nothing less than amazing! Dr. Perijoc takes her time to really assess and interview you as a client. She is 100% focused on identifying the best treatment regimen for you! The care and concern was felt throughout the visit. If you are looking for thorough care and a physician that cares you should consider Dr. Perijoc. She is the only doctor I trust to care for my prized possession. My grandmother! Thank you Dr. Perijoc for always being there!

Being new to the area, I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with Dr. Perijoc, but her practice has made this impossible. When I arrived for my physical, Dr. Perijoc's front office told her that I wanted a mere consultation. Since I took time off of work for this appointment, I had to insist that my gynecological exam being done that day so I wouldn't have to take more time off of work. During the course of my appointment, Dr. Perijoc took two non-emergency personal phone calls.
I called Dr. Perijoc's office about seven months after my physical and left a message asking for them to call me back. Waited a week and no one called. Called the second week and left another message; no one returned my call. When I called the third week, I finally was able to talk to someone in the front office. I explained that due to my insurance, I needed a referral to go to the dermatologist for a skin check. She told me I'd have to make an appointment to ask Dr. Perijoc for a referral to see the dermatologist. Ended up having to pay close to $600 out of pocket at the dermatologist's office because Dr. Perijoc's office wouldn't give me a referral.
Save yourself the time and aggravation and do not go to this medical practice.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jessica B.Prosper, TX06Feb 10, 2021First to Review
I was told to arrive at 12:30pm to complete paperwork before my 1pm appointment. I waited in the front room for 15 minutes and no one came to the front window. I knocked on the window and called their phone number but could not reach anyone. About 12:50pm someone opened the window and gave me paperwork as well as collected my payment. I was taken back to the exam room around 1:40pm and expressed my concern that I had been there for over an hour and and would I have enough time for my appointment. I asked if the doctor was ready to see me or was she still with a patient, and was told she was still with a patient. I waited in the exam room until 2pm and still had not received an update or seen the doctor, so I told the receptionist that I was leaving. I needed to be home by a certain time to pick up children, and I had traveled 30 minutes to the office. I asked for a refund, and she quickly gave me my copay in cash. I appreciated that effort, but was disappointed by the lack of respect this doctor/office had for my time, their lack of communication, and their not offering an apology. I did not feel valued as a patient, which did not help build confidence in this doctor. The receptionist offered to reschedule the appointment, but I declined. I had been very eager to see Dr. Perijoc because a friend spoke so highly of her and said that she spends time listening and being thorough.
