Owner is full of himself thinking he is above other people and has the right to put down children and boarders in front of other people. We boarded there and were looking at buying a saddle from Kai, the owner and while trying to negotiate a price, he called my daughter a barn rat.

There was also a lot of insanity around him not allowing people to leave with their horses once disgusted by his terrible manners. Literally tried blocking the exit until people threatened to call the police to remove their own horses! This man is unhinged, very unprofessional, and extremely rude.

Arrived for our first lesson on a Sunday afternoon....no-one at office..
no one around except other riders...ask a rider, young man, where we were suppose to go. He directed us thru two barns to our instructor. She was nice , a little rough. but nice. She told our daughter to go pick a hat. What?! We had NEVER ridden english and had no idea what we were suppose to be looking for. But we picked one, which ended up being to big. She had our daughter get on, now our pony looked like a underfed old barely able to stand older pony. I felt very sorry for the little thing. We were lead around the entire barn area twice...then taken to the covered arena , where another lesson was being conducted and I think we intruded. After about 3 times around our instructor told our daughter that she had another student and she needed to get off. I was very very put off from this experience. I guess the western world is a little more friendly....or perhaps I chose the wrong English place for our first lesson. Needless to say I canceled our camp reservation. I think I can do as well as they did. I do NOT recommend this place.

They advertise that masks are required, except when you're on the horse riding. However, when I took my daughter today for her lesson, no one working there was wearing a mask. Many students and their parents were also not wearing masks. This is not ok with me. Her trainer wasn't wearing a mask, neither was the young girl assisting her. Not only that, the trainor was very rude to us when we got there. We were 4 minutes late. I understand that's gonna cut into my daughter's lesson. That's totally fine, but her attitude was totally unnecessary. She's still getting paid. She also left the young girl to tack the horse. By young girl, I mean she was around my 9 yr old daughter's age. Possibly a few years older. She didn't fully know what she was doing, so all of this took much longer than it needed to. Will not be returning, and definitely don't recommend it.

This is the trainer not wearing a mask
This is the young girl who assisted also not wearing a mask.

My daughter has been riding here for close to a year now. She has grown so much as a rider and wants to spend all her free time here. I couldn't have asked for a better place to ride. Everyone here has always been kind to her and very laid back about everything. The horses are great, very well taken care of and good for each level of skill.

Just amazing!!! Kind people, amazing services and adorable dog!! Not overly fancy, which is something I like about it. Beautiful horses too. I rode horses called Minuit and Tonka. I've had two lessons so far and have learnt so much!! My instructor is Savanna and she is really nice. Definitely recommend!!

I have been to NTEC about four times in the past couple of years. Each time that I have been there, I had to search for the tack for the horse that I was riding that time..... And find my instructor if they weren't already in the arena. There are some very nice horses at this facility and they are well kept, but I would not recommend taking a riding lesson there if you do not already own and board a horse at their facility. They are unorganized and the owner is rude. The owner, Kai, gave me two riding lessons to which he sat and talked to one of the horse owners the whole time during my lesson. He just yelled out riding orders and did not help me improve my riding skills at all. In fact, he made fun if my riding abilities. I did not pay $50 for a half hour lesson to be in boot camp. I also didn't pay for him to spend the whole time talking to someone else. Luckily there are lots of other riding facilities here.
