      I have been a patient for over 5 years. This year is really the first time I have required multiple visits. They have been able to get my BP under control, but I have had an intense cough since March and they have been no help at all. I have asked for other assistance with medical needs which they have yet to address. January can't come soon enough, I will be looking for a new Primary Care office.

      I've been going to North Chattahoochee for 6+ years. I want to take a second to brag on some individuals that have dispensed comfort, compassion, and care for me.
      FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared.
      SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. She takes her time with her patients, and is very thorough throughout the entire appointment.
      Last but not least I would like to thank Stefani as she is practically family to me..but every time I have an emergency she never fails to help me find the best solution. Her laugh is contagious, and she can be a bundle of joy. It's nice being able to count on her when I need medical care.
      Thank you 3 for making such an impact for my health!!

      One of the worst doctors offices I've ever visited! I've been along time patient. I was willing to put up with a lot because it was convenient. But I'm done! If you or someone you love has an eating disorder, I implore you not to take them to this establishment. They have no regard for dealing with psychiatric issues. It was a completely traumatizing visit! They undid so much work and so much progress and didn't give a damn who they hurt in the process. They just wanted to fill out their paperwork and get paid as much money as they could. Never again! I will never have someone I love go here!

      I've been a patient here for 20+ years and unfortunately the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Today, I showed up 15 minutes early and so far I've been waiting for over an hour.

      Very frustrating and frankly disrespectful.

      But, what can I do? Nothing. Get mad? No, because they don't care. All I'll be is a good laugh to the staff after I leave.

      Literally, everyone in the waiting room has come and gone and now new patients are showing up for their appointments.

      I do agree with all the 1-star comments. This place is just plain awful. It's about the money they can squeeze out of you. Impersonal, unpleasant, unorganized, ineffective.

      I recently requested an Imitrex refill at Walgreens because I was due for a migraine. I was told my doctor denied the refill. No one at North Chattahoochee ever reached out to me and I was sick all weekend with a horrible migraine that also caused me to miss work. I also was denied a refill for my withdrawal-causing depression & anxiety medicine unless I did a full physical with lab work, urinalysis, and an EKG! Nothing in my heath history had changed and I was on a maintenance plan. This practice is awful at actually caring about their patients. I will be moving to a new doctor.

      Hanna Park, FNP-C and her assistant were phenomenal! Great interpersonal skills. Explained everything in layman's terms. Very personable. They both get 5 stars.

      However, as you see from the below reviews the billing organization and manager are horrible! They charged a no show fee for being 31 minutes late. Fortunately I gave them a courtesy call to let them know I was late when they informed me I would have to reschedule and would be charged no show fee. I explained I am late vs not showing up. There is a big difference between the two. For example, if someone is late for a date, it may be frustrating, if they stand you up it is a deal breaker! Huge difference between the two. Ms. Chapman was kind enough to threaten to turn me over to collections if I didn't pay it. I hadn't even received a bill when this occurred.

      The practice needs to train their office personnel on interacting with patients and abide by their own policies.

      We were patients of Dr. Ellis for over 20 years. So when our adult daughter who is away at college was experiencing issues, we decided it was time to move on from her pediatrician and establish him as her adult doctor.

      First of all, I will say Dr. Ellis provides great care.

      His office staff, on the other hand, do not. My daughter made her appointment with them at 4 pm. There was no confirmation or reminder sent after the appointment was made. When we arrived at 3:30 to do the paperwork, the office staff said she missed her 2:20 appointment and was unable to be seen despite the fact we made a 2 trips of over 150 miles to get her to the office from college for the appointment. So obviously someone made a mistake. Sure this happens, but as you can see by the recent reviews, something has changed in the operations of the office for the worse as there seems to be a pattern. Unfortunately, all three of us are looking for a new doctor now.

      Oh, I love Dr. Culpepper. What a great lady. She takes her time to get to know you and ask pertinent lifestyle questions. It is refreshing to know your doctor cares for you as a person and not just a customer. Keep up the good work, people.

      BTW my Wife and I have been going here since 2004. I cannot recall any negative issues of any kind during that 15 year period. Professional care was provided.

      Impersonal service, unpleasantness of senior office staff, especially the office manager. Difficult to see an actual doctor.

      Pros:
      - Easy to get appointment.
      - Location, easy to get to.
      - Speed, usually spend little time in the waiting room

      Cons:
      - In 3 years as a patient I only saw a doctor once. Usually seen by Nurse Practitioners.
      - Service is Impersonal
      - They did not seem to track my health. Issues from previous exams or prior health issues would only be compared or even brought up if I initiated the discussion. Based on my experience with other providers and my current doctor they usually compare my history and discuss it. It seemed odd to me that was not the case at this practice. Perhaps it is my personal expectation but I feel that is the whole point of yearly exams.

      I was a patient for more than 3 years. In that time my physical was done by 3 different people, and only by a doctor once. For non annual issues the level of service was about to the level of an immediate care, although I usually get much better/personal service at the Physician's Express near my house.

      The one time I made a complaint I was treated very poorly by the office staff and the office manager.

      I left a message for Bonnie Chapman as requested, but her vm says she will not return to the office until Oct 1st, and sine it is Nov 13th I don't know when to expect the call back.
