I am a claims adjuster at Chipman Relocations and needed a piano inspection. I found this company on Yelp with great reviews and thought I would give them a call. First time I received the voicemail but yet was unable to leave a message as it said mailbox is full. Decided to wait a little bit and try again. The person answered the phone by saying "hello" I then asked is this Norbets Piano Service and the reply was "who's asking", I then introduced myself and asked once again "is this Norberts piano Service" to only get the response of "look I dont have time for this and was hung up on. I tried calling back and yet once again I received the voicemail where I was not able to leave a message.
They just lost business from us

Norbert did an amazing job tuning my Everett upright! What a wealth of knowledge and experience. He talked me through everything he was doing and why and what to look out for in the future. We also played several songs together. It was an absolute blast. I will call him every time!

Said he wouldn't even come look at the piano I wanted repaired without paying him $200 just to drive from Plano to East Dallas.

By far the Best piano tuner in the area. He is fun, great with kids, loves piano, able to both tune and repair, has tuned for Presidents, and is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet!
