Noah's Ark Pet Supply

I work around the block and often stop in to pick up something for my dog. The staff is super knowledgeable and kind and the store has a huge selection of great toys, accessories and gifts for dog lovers. Additionally, I volunteer with a local dog rescue and Noah's Ark has kindly donated items for fundraising events in the past. It's obvious the staff at Noah's Ark really love animals and are invested in Chicagoland's furry friends!

I saw this cute little store while I stopped by Pete's for some coffee. I was attracted to the store with their cute pet display so I thought I'd check it out. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. I initially went in to look around but ended up buying a few things to try for my fuzzy baby. I was pleased to find that they had a lot of brands that I've only seen online. I'm trying out the open farms kibble to see how my girl likes it. I also got the meal toppers to try and a few treats. This was such a cute store and their prices were affordable considering they carry quality items. Will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and maybe bring the pup next time.

They have some really good things here but everything is WAY overpriced. Also, the entire staff seems to be children/teens who are not the most welcoming, friendly or helpful and there are no prices on anything. We have been twice and spent a lot of money but I would hesitate to go back, based on my two experiences.

I can only say good things about this store. Geoff, the gentleman working at the store, was extremely accommodating, super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to independently owner stores versus PetSmart, Petco, etc. Have already recommended friends to stop by this store. And they do deliver, which is super convenient.

I found Noah's Ark when I was on an epic quest to find Answers raw cat food. Everyone in Chicago was sold out and telling me they couldn't get more. Noah's Ark had a few and set them aside for me. I actually live in Chicago but drove up to get them. They were super nice, and told me that in future, they'd be happy to place a special order, and deliver to my house (which is not very close to them)- for a really reasonable fee! I was sold. They know me when I call, are always super friendly and helpful with suggestions, and are willing to be flexible about delivery dates. Really great customer service!
What a happy accident that I found them.

I am a big fan off this place. Moving from the city I was hoping to find a new go to, to supply my dog's needs. They have wonderful service, recommendations, and product offerings. I like that the junk foods don't serve as fillers on the racks, I like the unique product offerings. Their delivery is a huge huge benefit when you forget and you are running on food for your pups, go here and become a loyal!

The shop is great! They carry an amazing inventory of foods, treats, and needs for dogs and cats. The staff has always been helpful and honest of which items they would recommend. They care what kind of pets you have, their size , and their quirks. They will order what you want and order even if you're needing to see another choice.

This is a wonderful store for people who love their dogs. The staff is friendly, well-informed and very customer-focused. My Cavapoo was really suffering from the salt on the sidewalks even though we had put protective covering on his paws. The staff at Noah's Ark, though, helped us choose a much better product, Salt Socks. They're much easier to get onto his paws and they work really well. Expensive but worth it.

I also have full confidence in their food products: treats, cookies and chew sticks.

My dog loves the place. When I walk him there from our home, he knows exactly where we are going and he leads me right to the door.

Thank you so much for coming through in the clutch! Because of the extreme cold I was looking around for dog boots while in town visiting in-laws. I tried the traditional stores but no one had any in stock. Luckily I found Noah's Ark and they had the brand, Ruffwear, and the exact size I needed. I am always a little suspicious about prices at smaller stores in nicer neighborhoods, but Noah's was comparable to the price online. Again thank you so much for saving the day!

I'm forever thankful that I met the owner of this Pet Supply store . My 3 year old Yorkie has really bad anxiety I didn't want to give him his prescription medicine it was making him drowsy he's very active. She recommended a canna-pet oil and today I had a worker in my house he did fine and he was not shaking or barking loudly I didn't see no sign of his severe anxiety.. I truly recommend this Pet Supply store she was wonderful and her customer service was beyond what have seen in other stores she had acknowledged about the product and also she herself used it for her dog. I love also that she was not pushy for me to buy it she was very understanding and caring. Thank you again.

i went to this place for the first time today! great service and they sell really intersecting and amazing things like raw dog food with fermented vegetables in it, goat milk, pig feet, dehydrated treats and so much more.
