Nick's Towing & Roadside Assistance

Used Nick's Towing about 5 1/2 years ago in June 2017 and got excellent prompt service. Was considering removing one star but the issue wasn't his fault at all and I take responsibility for the expired tags which is why I had to pay $85 at the time. I highly recommend this towing company and thank you so much for all your help back in 2017. Won't hesitate to use this towing company again and will change my google rating from 4 stars to 5 stars in January 2023.

Worst towing company I've ever dealt with. For one the guy was rushing me to pay 125. As if I didn't call them . Two he picked up my car with out permission. Three, he cursed at my 5 times. After I told he nevermind , I will find another tow company.

Nick's is the best! Very responsive, fast and courteous. Very reasonably priced.

Soo I Found this company thru yelp reviews....By far one of the greatest towing experiences ever (Who's happy that they need a tow ) ....This guy was very informative and went wayyy out of his way to help me out and make sure that I was good...Very professional and gentle with my car...Pricing was great and he was on time and super friendly (he's hilarious!) Please call them...You won't be dissapointed!

I've had a couple of occasions in the last 2 years to need cars towed off of some land I have in the county. Nick has been very timely and helpful in towing the cars away. Even if I'm not always there when he makes the pickup Nick always sends a text and/or photo showing that he's made the pickup for me. Really dependable service.

It took 45 minutes for the truck to arrive, but once he was there he was super speedy and helpful! I saved the number in my phone contacts.

Nick's Towing was amazing! My brain wasn't even functioning when i heard my tire making a loud hissing sound, then seconds later it was flat as a puddle. Luckily I was in a safe parking space in Raleigh, but I was 2 hours from home and not really acquainted with any tow truck people in Raleigh North Carolina. I had phone issues and obviously when you get a flat tire and you're heading to a meeting that you're the chairman of, my brain was just under so much stress I couldn't even think of what my next step was! Geico, surprised me by getting me my roadside assistance was no longer on my policy, so I was facing huge fees that I wasn't used to getting, because I've always had roadside assistance! So I turned to Yelp and typed in tire repair and thats when I found Towing and saw Nick's five star rating on Yelp and I thought okay 5 stars on Yelp, is not easy to get! So I called him up he was fast and efficient. He texted me to keep me alert as to how far out he was and then he came and he just told me to get back in the car and let him do his thing. He had that tire off and the donut on in just a few minutes. His tow truck looks brand new and top-notch. He even called ahead to a place to see if they be able to get me a new tire or used tire so I could get back to Wilmington. There weren't very many places open on late Sunday afternoon in Raleigh. But he found a good one of those too and I'm going to write a review on them soon. Nick texted me their contact info and link to the website! I'm grateful that I found Nick's Towing and I know you will be too if you have a flat tire or need of a tow truck.

5 Stars! This is my tow company in Raleigh! Dont call others and waste your time with impersonal services and long wait times. Nick's towing the is place to call if you want prompt response at a fair price and great service.

I called Nick's Tower and he said he would be out to me in 20 minutes, i asked who i was speaking with and the person on the other line responded "Nick". I thought i was just getting any grunt of a tow driver but as soon as I saw Nick's truck (Exactly 20 minutes later) with the lights flooding the street and strobes looking like a whole emergency crew I knew I was in for something special. Nick pulls up assesses the placement of the truck and quickly gets everything to load my car onto the back of the flat bed. He hops out and talks with me about his truck and business and makes a couple of jokes to get my mind off the unfortunate situation that I am in an in no time my car was safely on his truck and ready to roll out to my destination.

I will call Nick's Towing with no hesitation in the future for all of my towing needs.

Great communication. There was a little mixup with my pickup address, but he still made it to my house within 15-20 minutes of his original estimate. Super friendly, considerate, and professional. My car wouldn't go into gear at all, but we made quick work getting it properly positioned to be loaded onto the flatbed. He took over from there. Seamless pickup and delivery at a fair rate. I would absolutely use Nick's Towing again.

My transmission broke in my truck and I called Nick and he said I'll be there in 30 minutes and was there in 20. Had it towed to the dealership and the dealer wanted too much to repair so I had Nick come the next day and take it to a shop he recommended. He came when he said and the rates were very reasonable. This is my go to for towing now. You can't ask for a better response time or the professionalism this man displayed.
