Niagara Segway

Great way to learn about Port Dalhousie with the family. The owner and tour guide Guillaume is knowledgeable, friendly, takes his time explaining, and is an all around great tour leader. Helmets are training are provided before the tour starts and everything is sanitized.

The tour is about 1.5 hours. It does not feel rushed and you get to cover a lot of ground in a short time giving us a good lay of the area so we could plan the rest of our stay a bit better.

We had two adults and two teenagers and had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend, and will be planning another tour with Niagara Segway in the near future!

Me and my family of 4 went on this wonderful Segway outing.. We enjoyed every minute of it.. It was awesome to explore the town of Port Dalhousie and learn some history along the way at the same enjoying the weather on a Segway!
Guillaume was an awesome tour guide and I would recommend him and his tours to everyone..
Definitely will go again..

For our Segway tour, we had a group of 7 ranging from 14 to 82. Guillaume did an excellent job of getting us oriented, keeping us safe and educating us on the local history!
These are such amazing machines and so fun!
I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun family adventure!

My partner and I did this Welland Canal segway tour with Guillaume, Aug 16th, 2020. First time for both of us on Segways; Guillaume's operational instructions, prior to the tour, was very good; 4 of us on the tour, and we each got one-on-one time to learn; there was also time for practice in the parking lot, to get your bearings and sense of balance before starting the tour. While on route, Guillaume gave timely instructions to keep us all safe, and he made sure the 4 of us stayed together.
Segways are so much fun; the tour route was scenic; we learned about the Welland Canal; and Guillaume was informative, easy-going and very pleasant to have as our guide!
Highly recommend!

We booked ebikes for a day of touring around NOTL. The bikes were amazing! We enjoyed every minute with them! They delivered them to our Air BNB and picked them up at our final destination. They were definitely a highlight of our trip!

So much Fun! We will be doing this again! Guillaume is the owner and he set us up on our eBikes, they are easy to understand and ride, the power assist was just fun on top of fun. Our guide for the day was John, there were 5 of us biking and he had an answer for every question, very pleasant chap, knowledgeable and calm. While we were in the wineries for our tastings he was very intuitive, guiding the presentations along when needed, in the background when not. I give this experience 5 Big Stars - I will definitely repeat this! My bike was brand new, we were on the tour for 5 hours, which flew by and my battery still had a full 4 to 5 bars charge at the end. I hadn't been to 3 of the wineries, so that was a treat. Elaine at "Between the Lines" was fun and entertaining with her tasting presentation!

Did the Welland Canal tour with my husband and 14 year old son. It was supposed to be one hour, but it lasted longer, which was very nice! We all had a blast! Our guide was Guillaume and he was great! Very informative and personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Niagara Falls area.

We did a two hour canal tour with Niagara Segway and really enjoyed it. Guillaume is a great guide and instructor, and very informative, and pleasant. The canal was very interesting, and he made sure to pause if a ship was passing though a lock or going under a raised bridge. He was also careful to make sure everyone was comfortable operating the Segway, and would explain any tricky terrain ahead of time. Thank you Guillaume for a great afternoon. We would love to return on our next trip to Canada!

Loved this....got to see parts of Niagara Falls off the beaten path....amazing value!!!
