Neighborhood tattoo shop. Manuel is very knowledgeable and Celesta is our favorite piercer. Haven't checked out their tattoos yet but I will be definently. When my lip piercing ended up getting infected and when i had to take it out, Manuel told me to come back after its healed and he will be able to redo it. I just appreciate their professionalism and customer appreciation.

poor quality and difficult owner was making excuses up and down trying to turn the poor work back on me and not taking the complaint serious. He was condescending, said he wanted to teach us about how tattoos work, not what we needed we have many other tattoos, he gave so many excuses why the tattoo was gone in 5 hours. First he said he would refund, so he faked a return on a credit card sent us a fake credit card receipt, then would not answer our call for over a week, when it was his cell, he told us he was a champion artist and would be competing for a few days so even after that time it took more time to hear back, he made us meet him in a parking lot and gave 1/3 the amount that was PAID ,STILL BLAMING US AS PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF TATTOOS FOR SURE NOT TRUE, HE WAS RUDE AND CONDESENDING AGAIN, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The were kind, clean and professional.I got my nostril pierced. I even got to ask about covering an old tattoo.

Don't know how to put this any other way: Manuel's work is outstanding. I won't go into detail but, basically, my tattoo needed to capture subtle detail and emotion and he nailed it. One thing I learned about Manuel from the time I spent with him is, show him your art/concept, tell him your goal and then let him attack it.

Side note: His attention to cleanliness and a sterile environment for the tattoo is the best I've ever encountered.

Manuel is brutally honest which is exactly what you need if you want the very best result.

I will be definitely going back to Next Level for more ink work in the future.

Armando "Mando" Valtierra! That's my tattoo artist! Figured I start with that cause my tattoo came out amazing, and y'all need to check this genius out! I gave Mando creative control over my tattoo and just gave him the concept/meaning I wanted and some references and bam, he created this. This was probably the best way to go. All the artists and staff at the studio loved it. The the studio owner was impressed. I'm really happy! All my friends loved it. All strangers loves it. Arguably if not definitively the top tattoo artists in Arizona! Their attention to detail and creativity makes whatever tattoo idea you have light years better than you envisioned. A super friendly atmosphere keeps you entertained with music, movies, and hilarious conversations.

Where all the artists are top tier tallented, I personally have had all my work done from Manuel. He is a consistent first place award winning tattoo expert that ensures even the littlest of detail is addressed.

Manuel is an awesome tattoo artist. I have been going to him for 17 years now and he does not disappoint. He has tattooed almost my whole family and we don't typically pick the easiest designs. He is honest and throughly explains what will work and will not work on specific designs, so you know you will have a great piece. He makes sure you are comfortable throughout the tattooing process. I made the mistake of going to another tattoo artist and hated that tattoo. Two months ago, Manuel did a cover up and I absolutely love the tattoo. I even cried that the ugly tattoo was covered by a beautiful tattoo that has so much meaning for me. I get so many compliments on the masterpieces he creates!!

The other tattoo artists at the shop are also friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I got my Cartlidge re-pierced and he did a super fast and efficient job. The best part was that he put an earring that had a flat back! I have several piercings and I've never had that type of earring and it's honestly a game changer.
The price was a little bit more expensive than I was expecting but I think it's on par.
I paid $57 with tip and included jewelry.
