Quick update.

Since my first review, NLC has moved to a new location on Main Street. This location is bigger, cleaner and has easier street parking.

Inventory also has changed to include new cardio machines that are unboxed and already built They have a wide selection of cardio equipment and pricing is very good.

Within the last month, my office has purchased a NordicTrack commercial bike and a NordicTrack RW 900 rower from the shop. The first purchase was made in person. The second purchase was made over the telephone. Both transactions were relatively easy. Both items were delivered with white glove delivery.

Delivery was outstanding. Delivery was made by a third-party vendor. Damien made both deliveries. Once with Alex and once with Gabriel. Delivery was made on time and in a professional manner. The delivery team was friendly and helpful..

The one-star deduction was for two issues.

1. During the first purchase, I was quoted a white glove delivery fee for a certain amount and overcharged by $16 which was not reversed out as promised.

2. Regarding the second purchase, I am still awaiting my receipt which I've requested emailed to me three times.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company as they do not help you once you make your first payment. I have tried for three months to get in touch with this company via email and phone calls (which always go to voicemail) and they never respond to your messages.

I have been trying to return an elliptical machine since I am no longer employed and cannot make the payments, yet they just ignore you! They do not care and will not support you if something goes wrong or breaks with your equipment.

Do NOT trust this reseller as they could care less about you or the products they sell.

I purchased a treadmill over a year ago, it's defective and needs replacement. It's been about a year and a half and I still have not received the replacement. I have also followed up many times and still nothing. I have left messages too with no responses.

Great experience from purchase to delivery! Went in last week and right in front was the NordicTrack x22i which I was looking at on their website. Jefrey helped me out and gave me a better deal on it than I was anticipating and didn't pressure me so I had to buy it. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!

For delivery I got the white glove service and was very happy with it as well. Damien and Gabriel (sorry if I spelled the names wrong fellas) showed up nice and early with great energy. Even gave me a call the day before to confirm delivery and a call 1 hour ahead of their arrival. I live in a small apartment so they took a look at how would be the best way to get the equipment in safely. They took off the arms to the machine so they could bring it in without damaging anything at all. They were very professional and we small talked which made me feel very comfortable with their service as well. Thanks guys!

LISTEN!!! If you can't find the right cardio machine here then you might be just too damn picky because they literally have it all AND AT A CHEAPER PRICE AS WELL! I did my research and they have the BEST prices out there. They have the current machines as well so it's not like your getting out of date models.

I've been bragging about it all to people I know and I'm VERY happy with the experience beginning to end.

Junior from New Life Cardio called me an Ass via Text Message 6 times and claimed it was a typo... see pics.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible second hand equipment. DO NOT ORDER from these guys.
They'll talk the talk on the phone, but nothing ever gets done. I've been trying to get my Treadmill working for over a year. They always tell me a parts on the way but nothing is ever shipped. They tell you everything you want to hear on the phone but that's just to make you happy and then they never follow up or follow through and a month, 2 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months go by and you're STILL trying to fix the same issue. They'll lie and cheat you out of money by selling you busted equipment.
Attaching several photos from my text exchange with someone who on the phone speaks perfect English, but when texting me the only word he seems to misspell is "as" by adding an extra "s" at the end. Yes, this guy subtly called me an "ass" and thought he was slick about it.
Don't do business with these people. You'll regret it.

The only reason this company gets one star is be because no star wasn't an option. I purchased an incline trainer from them in October 2022 and already it's malfunctioning. I attempted to call of course no one answered. I sent an email and received zero response. When I tried to call iFit to try to obtain a replacement part I discovered that the serial number and model number of the machine had been forcibly removed which indicates the machine was likely stolen. So now I'm stuck with a very expensive piece of equipment that doesn't work. I reported them to the better business bureau and they didn't respond to that either. Rip off artists likely selling stollen merchandise. Do not shop here. It isn't worth it.

Long feedback disclaimer!

First off, I want to make a fair review and the only way to do that is to provide a full narrative.

For starters, in these tried times, many of us are stuck at home due to the pandemic and therefore lead pretty sedentary lives. I had asked around and done some research on rowers and opted for a Nordictrak. The big pros about the rower are endless but it is a pricey machine. I then stumbled upon this company by means of a recommendation from a friend. I saw they had the rower I was looking for and immediately purchased. That same day (Saturday) I received a call from the driver and had it delivered promptly. The delivery team is great, very friendly and quick but please do not expect them to install or give you technical support as these will come from the company.

Prices are sensational and equipment is as described on the website, they do a great job in updating constantly.

To my bad luck, there was a small hiccup with adapter being the incorrect one and such. However, I will say that Mike is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. He quickly addressed my concern and was very empathetic. He followed through and his communication with me was great.

I have to say that albeit there was an issue/misunderstanding at first with the rower, Mike will ensure the customer is taken care of every step of the way. I have to say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and can't wait to start seeing results. The results are solely dependent on my personal commitment to working out. Thanks again!

They are thieves. They sold me a defective treadmill and when I tried calling them for service they never answered the phone. I later found out they shuttered their warehouse and left town.
