This company is horrible there nice until you pay them an after that they treat you like trash an they have horrible if any service they don't stand behind there warranty an they use the cheapest materials that constantly have issues so you can continue to pay them to come back an fix the same problem over an over again we've spent many thousands of dollars with this company and we still have the same issues I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

This company does an amazing job a setting up fences and sticking to their word. A while ago our fences got torn up due to the harsh weather. A couple weeks later we reached out to Natural Enclosures and they were so polite and professional and took care of us like family!

If I could give 10 stars I would.

Also those 1 star ratings are based off of a prior customer trying to haggle the warranty when she clearly did not read the terms and conditions.

We had received an earlier quote from a different company to install a black vinyl coated chain link fence - not the most amazing thing in the world, but the most cost effective to contain our terrier terror. After getting that requoted it went up 33% so we shopped around and came across Natural Enclosures after seeing that they had done the same type fence at a local dog park.
Used their web site to get a quote - and with my rough description and crude map they had me a quote within a day. They scheduled a site visit (gave me a time, so I didn't have to take a whole day off to wait, and even called me to ask if it's okay if he runs a bit early), did a more accurate quote and it actually went down in price!
Installation was a couple weeks out and they kept calling to keep me informed. They called the night before as final verification, and even though AT&T did not mark my fiber (claiming no service at the address) since we knew more or less where it could be they would be careful about it.
They showed up when they said they would, and the two guys had the fence installed in about 5 hours. There was some snafu with one of the gates not being made back at the shop, but they got it out there two days later. They did a great job installing it, made it look easy.
Everyone I have spoken with have been very friendly, very helpful and did what they said they would.

Our 3 year old fence continues to be a nightmare. A year ago we had to have 7 posts replaced because they rotted at the bottom where they meet the concrete. I contacted them and they told me the material fell under their warranty and they felt like it was likely an issue with the lumber company and their spray process. They replaced them but charged me labor because, well, I still don't really know why since the fence was falling apart.

Jason over there has been a real delight to deal with. He was helpful when we put the fence in and again when we had the posts replaced.

However, they're still rotting. I dug another one out today to replace it and it looks like more of them are going to need it soon. I've attached pictures. My biggest disappointment is the quality of materials. Aside from the posts rotting, the 2x4 they use are warping all over. Bending to the point of pulling out of the fence posts. I'm aware that a fence requires maintenance but it shouldn't require this much work 2-3 years in.

Just remember a fence is a long term investment and taking the cheaper route isn't necessarily going to be cheapest in the long term.

I'm very satisfied with the work this company did. I got a privacy fence with an automated gate system and I love it. It runs smooth & their price was better than anyone else around. Great communication from the installers. I highly recommend this company for your fence needs!

The WORST experience EVER! Glad God was on my side and prevented us from spending our hard earned money with this company.

Point 1. The OWNER was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Point 2. The Rep didn't do his job and 24 hours before the job was scheduled to start, he came back out to resurvey the footage. AND, discovered he didn't measure the square footage accurately and wanted me to take the ENTIRE fall for THEIR ERROR. The Rep came to my property on at-least 4 different occasions, THAT should have been my RED flag.
Point 3. RUN, RUN, RUN!
Point 4 and FINAL. Thankful God was on my side.

Now, I'm working with an outstanding company to install our fence. Good spirits and good people.

I don't normally do long reviews but I needed to let everyone know to be aware. They are unresponsive, shady and disrespectful. They installed/stained my wooden fence starting in Nov of 2020 for a cost of approx $6500. A few months later a piece of it fell off on the side of my neighbors yard who has young kids and thankfully it did not fall on any of them. I called the company and they came out and fixed it as I was "under warranty". There were a few more boards that were loose at the time so the worker went around and nailed down what he could. 1 yr 3 mths into having the fence, I noticed one of the pickets on the gate by the handle snapped in half. I called the company to find out how it could be fixed and Tim came out a few days later. He was confused on how they could fix one picket as it was a cap top fence (which I guess is more difficult to fix) and stated that whoever built the fence did it wrong. I made him aware that they were the company that installed the fence. He then stated that its not a wood defect and that my lawn mower guy must have hit it with a mower. Now how could he have known that as he clearly was not there when it happened and neither was I. He then took pics and said he would take it back to the office and speak with his manager to figure out what to do. He also asked me if I had a spouse or someone to just run a nail through it and I told him no. He left telling me he would let me know something the next day. The next day came and nothing so I called and he was utterly confused on what I was referring to and asked me to text the info and he would get back to me. I did just as he said and the next week I still did not hear from him or anyone in the office. I called again and spoke with Cassie (believe that's her name) and she assured me that I would hear back from them. Again I waited and no call. Now 2 wks in on a Friday I called again for the umpteen time and spoke with the receptionist who put me on hold a few times trying to figure things out. She proceeded to tell me that they are saying $350 to fix one picket which I said is crazy. She put me back on hold and when she returned she said you know what, we are going to take care of that for you at no cost. She then said the person that deals with it was out and his name was Red and if I didn't hear back from her by EOD I would hear from her early the next week. Next week came and I heard nothing so I called again on Wed and another receptionist answered and said that they sent me a document that I needed to sign with the cost which is $350. I was now confused as no one mentioned to me that I would be getting a doc and when did we go from taking care of it at no cost back to $350. I was highly upset and I said to her that I felt as if I were being taken advantage of because I was a woman. She calls me disrespectful b/c of what I said but honestly that is how I felt as it seems real suspicious that it took almost three weeks to come up with a price and for the fact that I had to call them several times. She put me on hold and Tim came on the line stating that $350 was the price. He proceeds to tell me that the $350 is the min cost for them to come out. He also tried to tell me that I told him that my lawn guy broke it and I had to quickly correct him. The call with him pretty much ended with him saying "it is what it is". I even suggested in order to get the cost down I would buy the picket from them stained and I would figure out how to get it fixed myself and he stated no they can't do that. The reason why I feel that they are being shady and at this point making prices up is b/c if that is the min cost to fix anything they could have told me that from day one and avoided all this back and forth. This company does not exemplify any type of professionalism or maybe that is only reserved for who they want. The words written on their About Us page on their website does not correspond with the way they operate. Please be aware of this company and the utter lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of integrity that they have.

Do not waste your money with this company. They are a total rip off. I was told I needed a permit to get my fence installed. I got it. The installers came out and put the fence up backwards which caused it to fail inspection. My salesman Jeff called and gave me this ridiculous price to get it fixed. I was told it was my responsibility to let them know I had the permit they told me I needed. Did he really think I wasn't going to get it. I actually had it when he came out to do the quote. I have called so many times trying to resolve this but they never return my calls. If I could give them 0 stars I would because that's how crappy their service is. Avoid them at all costs.

Been waiting 4 months for this company to install a simple fence. First they didn't order enough then we had to wait a month for the rest. Promised it would be installed then a no show. If you're looking for a fence contractor stay far away from these guys. Absolutely the worst communication and responsiveness I have ever experienced in a company of any kind.

Poor communication poor follow up and they don't own their mistakes. Made mistakes on gate placement among other items. Requested cedar fence and got a pine fence. Their remedy?? Give me $160 off of a $1900 estimate to stain. What an insult, once they have your money everything changes. Run away if you can, not worth the frustration.
