Okay, best thing I did, in spite of this rating, was to purchase wheel/tire coverage on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. The low profile tires have been decimated four times in the potholes that proliferate in Michigan. However, the customer service involved has deteriorated over the life of this warranty. The first episode went off like a charm: called, got approval, got tire and rim fixed, faxed info, got paid FAST! Second episode: handled by the dealer and I have never seen the refund check...just gave up, too. Third episode: dealer brought someone into the dealership (likely because they were struggling to get Nation Motor Club to pay up on the second episode at same time) and the rim was refurbished in shop with no up-front cost to me. Fourth episode: happened on Thanksgiving and NIU intermediary was not open that weekend! I had no choice but to replace the wheel, which had a gaping hole after the pothole, but did not want to take a chance on the recommended rim replacement until I called for pre-approval. Luck of the draw, the tire would seal to the rim. When I called, they told me they would not replace the rim if it took a seal (before they always said they would not replace if it would balance), but I could send photos. Since I'd taken the problem to a service I'd not used before, I did not know for sure if the rim was really bad or not. Therefore, I drove 70 miles to my most trusted service--taken excellent care of my cars for 20+ years--to get a second opinion. They concurred with the first opinion and were willing to contact NIU with their findings. NIU still wants a photo of the rim.....so I have to drive the 2 hours again up to have a photo taken. All the while driving on a rim that has been compromised and needs to be replaced before it fails.....BBBAAAAAAADDDD.

if I could give negative 5 I would they do absolutely nothing to help waste of money if you need gas go with a different company

RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! SHAME ON NISSAN FOR ALLOWING PRODUCTS LIKE THIS TO ME SOLD IN THEIR DEALERSHIPS! I purchased a GAP policy (GAP ADDENDUM# DA14395762) when I purchased my 2019 Nissan Frontier S from Seven Auto Inv. d/b/a East Valey Nissan. The cost of the policy was $1000 and was included in my total Retail Sales Contract financed through Arizona Federal Credit Union. On November 5, 2022, this vehicle was totaled due to an automobile accident. My insurance company, Progressive, valued the vehicle at $20535.10 and paid that amount to Arizona Federal Credit Union leaving a balance due of $2240.91. I filed a claim with National Adjustment Bureau, Inc.- 800 Yamato Rd Ste 100 Boca Raton, FL 33431 - Claim# 285-11682484 - which is who handles the claims for
Nissan Security+Plus GAP. National Adjustment Bureau, Inc. then turned the claim over to NATION MOTOR CLUB, LLC - 5600 Broken Sound Blvd NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487. I was asked to submit several documents which I did in a timely manner and well within the 90 day time limit. They kept stalling and saying they did not receive all of the required paperwork. I have an attorney for the auto accident who did call them on my behalf but not as an attorney against them and that is when they stopped all communications with me, my co-signor and the attorney. They ultimately denied the claim and refused to pay the prorated amount of the contract after I cancelled it. They are now saying the claim was denied due to: "Please refer to the back of your GAP contract under EXCLUSIONS: N. any loss resulting directly or indirectly from any dishonest, fraudulent, criminal, or illegal act or arising from an intentional act committed by You. It is acceptable for us to rely on the Primary Carriers determination that any total loss arose from any criminal or similar circumstances." I HAVE NOT BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF ANY CRIMINAL OR SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES! There was no dishonest, fraudulent, criminal, or illegal act or arising from an intentional act committed by me. After
doing much research, I have found this company does this all the time and has many complaints against them. This is a terrible service I do not recommend. They are rude and don't follow the contract rules and I pay monthly for their services which is getting cancelled due to the last technician I spoke with.

They get paid by ripping people off. They prolong the claim by asking for the same documents and declined those documents for no reasoning by saying it's incorrect or they can't read it. They will not pay off the remaining balance of your loan after a total loss as they like to play games. They don't mentioned if your payment is missed by one month they won't pay anything. This is a scam and not a liable gap insurance. Go for authentic Gap insurance not this cheap scam.

I've had the same insurance policy(that includes Nation Motor Club Roadside Assistance) for over 10 years and for some reason this past year everytime I've called for "assistance" they try to tell me that I don't have coverage or that my policy is expired. Just horrible over all. I would never recommend them. I wish I had another option for roadside assistance that's included with my insurance.

I called on 7-21 to file a claim seemed to go smoothly. I was supposed to recieve a call from the glass repair co within 1-2 days. A week later, I called back and they told be to call the company directly. They gave me the wrong number for Safelite Auto Glass. When I did finally get a hold of safelite, they did not have my claim. I called NSD back again and they kept telling me they had filed the claim, then disconnected me. Do not buy this warantee upgrade it is a joke. Looking at the other reviews I realize this will probably never be resolved and I will need to pay out of pocket.

Do not get GAP insurance from this company. Your car will not be paid in full. They have a formula different from others that offer it. Also, customer service sucks. Their approach to talking is that they know everything

Do not get gap insurance with the national motor club. they will not pay off your car and will try to take credit for any payments paid out by your personal insurance in their settlement WITH HYUNDAI FINANCE which essentially left an unpaid balance. I have been fighting with this company for a year now. they still will not pay!! what is the point of purchasing this product if they're not going to pay off my totaled vehicle.. the customer service is horrible, they talk over you and instead of admitting my claim with National motor was processed incorrectly they continue to deny the need to pay HYUNDAI FIANCE? I had an unpaid balance of $4100 and the national motor club paid $424.00 wtf I could have paid that myself.. horrible horrible such a nightmare.

Cheap customer service, very rude people they don't keep their words eveyday their words changes , horrible customer service I would say , will not go back there and do not recommend this trash company
