Nate's Car Audio & Upholstery

Nates installed a complete system in My 1973 GMC K10 a few years back. It stopped working and I returned to Nates for repair....Long Story Short, They found the problem and I was on my way in less than 1 hour!...I'm pretty picky about my Ol' Truck and they did a beautiful installation as well!

After the worst consumer experience of my life at another upholstery shop (see a few reviews back), Nate's absolutely nailed it. This is a well ran business that understands good customer service. I went in for a quote on having my boat seats reupholstered and was told they were running about three months out which is pretty much the story of everything right now. I explained that I was trying to get my boat on the market to sell while it's still early in the season and asked if there were any other options. The owner thought about it a minute and said how about $100 extra and I'll have someone do some overtime to get it done. I was thrilled at the option and the effort made and an extra $100 seemed very reasonable to get something in a week versus three months. I was told it would be about a week or so. Having just been burned at another upholstery shop, I was a little skeptical of the "or so" part. Man was I surprised to get a call at noon six days later telling my seats were ready to be picked up. On top of that the seats looked absolutely perfect.

The retail area is clean and organized. This business is ran with professionalism while maintaining a personable experience at the same time. I could not have been more pleased with my entire experience and recommend this business to anyone needing upholstery work done.

Great to deal with and quality equipment at a reasonable price. I've also seen their upholstery work and that also looks top notch.

I brought in a sunbrella fabric cover for a shade structure. There was wind damage in two places. They not only patched the two holes that I had pointed out, they reinforced two worn areas as well. I am delighted with the workmanship. Highly recommend.

Bad service always the bait and switch conversation. And after there install was not wired right they used every way to get out of the job. Even the threat of having to ship it for repair which all it needed was solid power for the clock. And presets. A $1500 turned into a $4000 job and I still have to pull the dash to but the A/C. Tube back on the registry

I recently took a boat Bimini top in for repair. Of course I always love getting stuff sooner than later, which Nate was most accommodating! He had the repairs done in about two days, which was phenomenal! Very polite and professional individual! And most importantly I'm extremely happy with the repairs! Thanks for getting it done!

Great upholstery shop. Nate provided the lowest bid & great quality recanvassing of our two window awnings. Highly recommend.

I stopped by Nate's to inquire about the leather interior on a 2007 Toyota Prius I just bought. Nate took a look and suggested I wait on a repair/replace and simply clean the upholstery and treat the leather with leather conditioner. Nate suggested the brand Malco. First of all I was so impressed that he didn't try and sell me on replacing the leather at this time and secondly he took his time to teach me about leather maintenance. Now here's the kicker!! - while we were walking up to my car my purse strap broke and fell to the ground. Nate took a look at the metal pieces on the leather strap and had his help fix my strap while we were discussing my leather seats. So not only did I leave with leather seat training, my favorite purse got fixed!! - all for free. A big thank you to Nate's Car Audio & Upholstery - and I really enjoyed visiting with his wife also.

An absolutely stellar place! Very personal, invested shop with helpful employees who really hear what you and your vehicle need. My Honda car alarm would not stop sounding in my home parking lot and Erik at Nate's shop devoted time and energy into making sure, the issue was solved! I fully believe I would have been financially swindled had I taken her to the Honda dealer. Mom and Pop, locally owned stores - that's where it's at!

I went to Audio Image for a simple installation. I needed a jack added to the radio in my truck so I could directly plug in an MP3 player.

I had already been to another (highly rated) audio shop and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do the job and then tried to 'up-sell' me to an expensive radio.

Erik at Audio Image gave me a reasonable quote, then followed thru with a quick and perfect installation. I would definitely go back for a more difficult job as I found them honest and delivered what they promised.
