I became Dr Nasseri's patient when Dr. Mini Blaskir referred her practice to Dr Nesseri. I saw him once so far and he never looked at the notes in my prior doctors chart. He repeated a lot of tests that she had already done. He sent my labs to an Exagen, inc lab that is not in my insurances network. Needless to say, my insurance did not pay any of it. My prior Dr sent my labs to lab Corp which is covered under my plan. The bill is over $2,000 and I refuse to pay it. I will fight this because a doctor should check or ask which companies are covered under your insurance plan.
This infuriates me. This is so incompetent. Doctors are suppose to help you, not hinder you.
Do not think I will return to this doctor. His bedside manner wasn't that great either.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jen F.Athens, GA1381May 21, 2023
I was sent here by my pcp for testing and to find out why my joints are swelling and painful (I'm 39). I only had 2 appointments. Both were fairly rushed and I didn't get to describe my concerns to the doctor. I had one blood panel done. For my follow up visit the dr seemed annoyed after telling me "this is fibro pain" (not a condition I have) and told me I needed to go to a different doctor, just not here. I cried because it was so strange and invalidating. This made the dr seem more annoyed. I'll be finding another rheumatologist, one who does the physical exams and has a bedside manner.
If you have a diagnosis you might be ok, if you need one, this isn't the place that's going to help you. Frankly, I would run from this place but I still can't because they didn't help, so I'll hobble away from hereHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Keisha S.MD, MD06Dec 27, 2022

I had to fight for basic things like being told what tests they had done and what the results meant. It felt like being in a joint factory where they keep putting me through tests and then acting like I have no right to know how they came out. They don't even post the results in their portal. Their lab is in house so there is no way around it.
They also refused to listen to any information from my other specialists or acknowledge any tests did at Hopkins including things like my recent EMG-nerve conduction, antibody tests less than a month old, etc. This place is all about making money.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ashley D.Catonsville, MD01Mar 28, 2022
Very understanding staff. Friendly service. You can always speak to someone and get an answer the same day. Easy access location with ease of scheduling appointments.

WARNING!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. WASTE OF TIME. STRAIGHT UP AWFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT QUALITY MEDICAL CARE. Dr. Landis either was ignorantly unaware of or blatantly lying about the % of people who test positive for inflammatory markers in RA (sero-positive). I asked. He said 0%. It's around 20%. I ALSO found OVER 20 errors in my notes from JUST TWO VISITS. There was ZERO attention to detail. I tried to address getting my records corrected due to the insane number of inaccuracies paired with Dr. Landis / his PA claiming things they never did. The practice manager told me she'd schedule a call with the PA to get it addressed. Instead, they want me to take hours of my time to put it in writing to fix the absurd number of things they should have done correctly in the first place. If they can't perform the most basic note-taking tasks correctly or actually do the exams they're claiming to do, that's scary. To put it in perspective: would you trust a builder to construct your house if their notes were full of incorrect/falsified information and they claimed to perform inspections they didn't? No? Same.

This office refuses to take patient care seriously. If you have a problem, nobody takes responsibility. I cannot count the number of times that I have asked for a prescription refill, and then it gets sent to the wrong Pharmacy. I believe it happened over four times. Oops! Computer glitch. Sorry! And then let's remember that when I complained about a problem, they treated a different part of my body, until I complain for the fourth time about the same issue. They don't listen, they don't care, they don't follow up, they are an embarrassment to the medical profession.

I love this place, have always had great experiences. The Staff is pleasant and efficient. When I call, especially during a terrible flare up, they get me in super fast. Just this morning, Dr.Talebi called me back within minutes of me calling the office.
He's awesome ! I truly appreciate him, and this Clinic. I highly recommend !!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Eireen C.Tempe, AZ3613814Apr 16, 2016First to Review
When a doctor devoid of personality looks at your blood work, which is abnormal as hell, and tells you he has no idea what's wrong with you so you should go home and take some Advil, and charges you $300 for that "advice," that doctor should not be in practice.

Dr. Nasseri and his team are professional and caring. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient the same week. Excellent care and exceptional customer service.
