Nail paradise is absolutely amazing. I've always left 100% satisfied!! They make you feel at home and they are amazing at what they do. I love them so much!! 10000% recommend

Must have remodeled and gotten new management because I've been several times and my service has always been stellar.

Wow! I definitely love this place! I believe it's under new ownership. The service here is extremely professional and the atmosphere is calm. I love how it it's clean and tidy. They only take appointments so it's never too crowded and you don't feel rushed.
The employees are all friendly and very helpful with picking colors and what best fits you. I needed a tip and dip set for a wedding! Definitely would recommend and I'll be back! 5 stars for me!!

Some time ago I had stopped going here because they advertised "walk ins welcome" but the wait was very long and the waiting area was super crowded. So much so that they really should not have been taking walk ins. BUT recently I was given a gift certificate here so I booked an appointment (they no longer take walk-ins yayyy) and I had a great experience. They took me right on time, the whole place looked updated and fresh and clean, and the nail technicians were very pleasant and friendly and did a really nice job with my pedicure. If you haven't been here in a while, I recommend revisiting Nail Paradise. It's a completely different experience than pre-Covid Nail Bar.

I give 3 stars only because the shape and everything is actually really good with my nails. But that's about it.


Let's start with the pedicure,
I do hair for a living, and coming off the holiday season my feet, my legs, and my back are extremely sore so I was like I'm going to get a pedicure that I deserve right now. Psh. Usually a nail shop has several different types of pedicures like basic, deluxe or supreme, and as they go up so does the things you get with that pedicure. I was ready and willing to pay $60 for a really good pedicure at this point. Well they didn't offer me anything so I was like maybe she'll ask when we sit down, nope, so I was like alright well hopefully it's still a good pedicure. My appointment was at 3, when I tell you she was painting my toes at 3:15 and the entire pedicure was done, I was shocked!! I don't even think she tried to do a proper pedicure, I think I did better pedicures while I was in cosmetology school learning about them. So in my head I'm like alright this pedicure has to be the cheapest pedicure I've had.


Let's move on to my nails,
I got dip with tip, coffin shaped and medium length and I got 4 nails ombred with glitter. I didn't get a manicure I literally just got tips with dip, the girl was extremely nice and kept the conversation going. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a nail tech before.
The ones that didn't have a glitter ombré was suppose to have a matte top coat. Well she paints the glitter ones with a shiny top coat and let them dry and then told me to wash my hands and in my head I'm like she didn't put on a matte top coat on my others but maybe she will once I wash so I dried my nails really good and sat back down and then I hear ma'am your done, I was like oh okay well you didn't put matte on these and she was like no with dip the #3 makes it matte, I looked at my nails and they really weren't matte and they looked unfinished but I was like whatever I'll go get me a matte top coat when I leave here, no big deal.

HAHA! Joke was on me because then she proceeded to tell me my not so great pedicure was $40 and my nails were $70. I'm not confrontational at all so I paid and then went to Sally's and paid another $8 for a matte top coat to finish my nails myself.

They don't have prices listed or their services listed and it's all cash, so be aware of what your getting and how much it is when you go in there, because I feel like I was scammed.

Very disappointed for several reasons:

1. I requested a mani/pedi combo and on the board it says $45. At the end of my time, I was told my total was $55. When I questioned it, it was because they gave me a deluxe pedicure. I did not request a deluxe and the only additional treatment I received was they sprinkled some citrus smelling powder in my foot basin. They offered me wine, and I declined it. So this extra charge was never explained to me. So that was disappointing.

2. The gentleman that did my manicure and pedicure had to stop about 7 times to answer the phone- that was ok, I understand that he seemed to be the main one to handle phone calls, but what wasn't ok was that after every phone call he complained to me about the person on the other end of the phone. Several were customers requesting a specific nail tech. It just felt awkward for me.

3. He cut my skin on two different fingers that caused bleeding. He kept having to apply some type of green solution to cotton and press it to my fingers to try and stop the bleeding. It stung and my skin continued to bleed. Two times he tried to paint the nail anyways and it looked terrible. He removed the polish and then quickly applied two coats and then the top coat. He told me my cuticles were dry and that's why it was doing that. I told him politely that I had never had that problem before, but he said that was why.

Overall it felt rushed, sloppy, painful and too much money for what I got. I will not return here. I will go to my usual place of service. I only went here because I had a time sensitive situation.

I am very disappointed!! The guy first wanted to charge me $3 extra because I still had a little piece of acrylic on the root of my nail. So I asked him to allow me to take it off myself and so I did. While I was getting my nails shaped, I decided to get the gel shellac. He didn't tell me how much extra it was going to cost until he was finish and it cost me $50. That is just about the total amount that I usually pay for my nails & feet together! Their shellac is and an additional $25. Most places only charge like $15! He didn't put enough polish on my nails because the bottle was almost empty! He even yelled out that he needed a shaker. My pinky has some black piece of dirt or something inside of the overlay from the brush. And I have been picking the polish off from around my cuticles ever since I have left the salon! I will NEVER give my service back to this place!!!!

I stopped coming here for a few different reasons. One is that my nails that I always got gel and sometimes dip would chip or even fall off within the first week. Sometimes my nails wouldn't be smoothed out all the way and their prices are high for the work they do. MOST of the employees are rude. If you ask for a special request, they seem to get rude. Everything is always rushed and they are almost always packed. I've spent hours waiting for services before. Try to make an appointment if you chose to go to NP! I honestly avoid them all together.

My new Nails place. I went on a busy Saturday, so I had to wait about 30 minutes. My bad,I will make an appointment next time. Minnie took care of me and did an excellent job. You can not beat the value 40 bucks for a Mani and Spa pedi, by Spa I mean the works - salt scrub, massage. Normally in Memphis I pay $40 just for a pedicure.

I've always liked this place. I haven't been all summer and after 2 surgeries I wanted to treat myself to a mani and pedi. One thing I dislike more than anything is to not be able to enjoy what pampering I am paying for. I felt like I was doing half the work. It's very uncomfortable to have a manicure done while having a pedicure. It's so uncomfortable!!! I didn't want the massage chair on and was not given them remote so I had to ask twice to have it off. When you are having your feet done, you should NOT have to hold your damn leg up for 30 minutes.(Most places have those blocks to rest your leg on) My legs are shaking from having to hold my legs up, several times. The paint job is good. Cuticle work, not great (probably because I was in a pedicure chair!!!) This place has been around for a while and has its regulars, nothing has changed. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Also not all items were new that were used on my feet. I will go to Memphis from now on.
