Nicole M.Pittsburgh, PA22Jul 21, 2022I had a massive emergency where a week before a big meeting for my PhD, my flash drive got corrupted and I lost a lot of data. GeekSquad at best buy said they could do nothing. I called My Computer Whiz and Nouhoum got back to me within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. He picked up my flashdrive that night, emailed me my most important file within 48 hours, and then by Thursday afternoon dropped off a brand new hard drive with the rest of the recovered data. Saved my life - I would have been screwed for my meeting if Nouhoum wasn't able to help!!!!

He's an incredibly sweet man who is always willing to help. I give them four stars out of five because there was another (different than the initial) issue when I got the computer back, but they were quickly able to fix this issue as well.

I hired Nouhoum Cisse in April 2017 to transfer data from my old lap to my new lap. He came to my home within 24 hours worked efficiently and quickly. He was very patience and explained all the new features on my new computer. I also recently purchased an IPHONE first time user. He changed some features in my settings and did a quick tutorial of the new phone. Today I called him due to trouble opening up my documents on my new lap. He walked me through over the phone in 20 minutes with patience and problem resolved. I highly recommend him and his company. Also I believe the cost is very reasonable. Nouhoum thank you very much. Worthy of a five star!

They are well priced, efficient, pleasant, smart. I was delighted and plan to use them again when the need arises. They helped me thru a hard drive crash, recovered my data, bought me an external HD (I know, I should have had one) and delivered all to my home. Good communicators as well.
