These folks are The Best. They also prepare medications ordered by my vet Dr Bebco at the Cat Clinic. So, I forgot to order a refill for my Kitty's ("Bubba") thryoid condition ... 2 days ago. I called and asked if they could put a rush on this order because of my mistake. (Bubba was very upset with me) Usually the process is at least 2-3 days. They filled it in 2-3 hours !!!!.

Bubba wanted to give a rating of "10" .....

Murray Avenue Apothecary was recommended to me by my doctor.

We stopped today and could not have been more pleased with the welcoming and clean store. All employees were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

We actually arrived close to their closing time, yet they were happy to stay late to answer all of my questions.

They carry the high end vitamins and supplements that I can usually only get online.

They were able to make recommendations based on my symptoms and were happy to address each one in its entirety. Not only were they able to help me, they also had some suggestions to help my pup as well.

We will absolutely utilize and support this local business going forward instead of ordering our stuff on Amazon. I am all for holistic approaches to common problems and am confident in the advice they gave.

Murray Avenue Apothecary is where my doctor wants me to get my prescriptions from... I am in NY and Murray Avenue Apothecary is in Pittsburg, Pa...... I have to say, the service that I receive from Susan and her staff has been AMAZING! They are detail oriented, efficient and try to make customers' lives easy as possible!!!!! Getting my doctor's staff to get simple things done is difficult, but Susan and Murray Avenue Apothecary make things seamless!!! Thank you Susan, staff, and Murray Avenue for giving me your best over and over!

I definitely contacted Murray in high hopes to find relief for my symptoms. I had an initial consultation with the owner Suzan, took the tests and was prescribed certain RX, however, they made zero difference for my condition. When I contacted the pharmacy I spoke a few times with a nice woman named Sue to whom I communicated my disappointment. She seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic but no one has reached out to change the dosage or suggest something else. Overall, I felt like I was just a number and the fact that the treatment failed to help did not really matter to them.

Susan and her staff have been working with me for years always helpful and keep me informed I am a very healthy 56-year-old woman and had never been on any diabetes, high blood pressure , thyroid or any sort of medication Just my vitamins. she's keeping me healthy thanks so much

The store is clean and organized. Staffs were helpful when I was in the store and the staff told me that in case of any question I could sen an e-mail or call her. I did both and in both cases I was ignored. Ok, you sold me a expensive product once but definitely I won't go back anymore. I do not recommend if you're looking for a good customer service. Besides after one month I found that the supplement didn't work at all even taking exactly according to the explanation.

Wonderful people. Susan is amazing, she saved me...truly. I have been having horrible hormonal issues, did the saliva and blood test and she spent 2 hours explaining everything to me, put me on a regimen that has saved me. I am beyond thankful.

I contacted this store several times with detailed questions regarding their hormone products and Test Kits and was ignored. I am very suspect about the whole operation. Also note: "A mandatory 20 percent restocking fee" is charged. My advice would be to stay with your medical doctor for any medical products. They seem to be self regulated... not good by any means.
