If I could give less than a star I would. I would actually like my money back. It was by far the worst food I have ever had. It was the the first time I ate Chinese food and questioned what the meat was. Horrible egg roll, and cheap mustard, to say the least. Sorry guys, get your stuff together.

I really don't know where to start. We ordered through uber eats, there were 6 of us eating, so naturally we ordered enough meals and apps for 6. They sent one small container of rice with several meals. Secondly, they didn't bring all of the food the first time, so had to bring a meal that was forgotten a second time, even after calling and explaining that we did not have enough rice, the meal had no rice. Lastly, it just wasn't good. I'm sorry to say, but it was like frozen chinese food at best. I feel bad leaving this review.

I was picking up 2 Door Dash orders and asked politely if I could use the restroom. The owner started yelling that she would have to clean up after me due to COVID yet she wasn't wearing a mask. I told her I was delivering 2 orders for her and felt a little uncomfortable. She didn't give a F*. Said she pays too much for Door Dash. I told that I don't own Door Dash and was actually doing her a favor otherwise she should deliver the orders herself. The most rudest, ignorant woman I've ever met in my life!

Omg no. Ordered the Mongolian beef and Panang curry. The beef dish might as well have been called Mongolian onions because that's what made up the majority of the dish. Panang curry had a slight spice which was nice but could've used a flavor boost. Same goes for the Mongolian beef.

Won't be back.

I'd give it zero stars if it were possible. I decided to pick up some lo mein to-go and the lady was anything but polite. I asked if I could have my food in wider to-go container so it would cool down faster as I was in a rush. She said it would be 50 cents extra because she has to pay for everything and it costs money. I asked so does that small portion of noodles and vegetables cost u 6$ ? She just scoffed back at me mumbling something in her native language.
Lemme tell u 5 reasons why Panda Express is better :
1. The food would taste better, this is just bland Chinese made by some Hispanic in the kitchen.
2. The staff would be more courteous and polite
3. They wouldn't wanna charge me for a container
4. The establishment would be much cleaner
5. The portions are much larger for the price.

Definitely do not recommend this to anyone !

OMG ....

The woman who took our order has been yelling on the phone for 10 minutes , then she yelled at the cook.... of course we get to hear it all.
How relaxing

The food is meh....

And just as we finished we got the distinct smell of sewer.... perfect

We will not return.

Worst place ever! It's June 9 like 4pm, ordered the bbq pork as an entre and the cashier gave me the bbq fried rice! Like that's not what I asked! Then she forgot to get us the shrimp fried rice so I had to pay extra! Then she came to our table and instead of asking how the food was, she asked us if we had an extra phone to sell cause her parents turned hers off or something and she couldn't use it anymore. So we said no. Then after like 10 mins she comes back again to our table and instead of asking again about the food or the service she wanted me to go to target or Walmart to buy her a phone she could use! And of course we said no! Like really??? Also the food was not that good. And all the time we spend here eating out food she keep calling people on her phone asking if they could buy her a phone!

Food is mediocre. Came in on a rainy day, floors are slick be careful. Owner was present, making all kinds of noise. Quick in and out, but for reason.

I love, love, LOVE Mr Wok. Best Asian food in the Elgin & surrounding areas. I've been ordering their sesame chicken and crab rangoon for years now and it's still amazing. Their lunch specials are generous, delicious and affordable. The dine-in room is small and perfect for grabbing a quick bite; don't expect a full restaurant with a wait staff. Their delivery and takeout is fast & efficient. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet, or are looking to sample great Asian restaurants in the area.

We live in St. Charles and we can't find anything here as good as Mr Wok. My husband and I normally have Mongolian beef and General tsao chicken The flavor just pops in your mouth pure delicious. Fast service and the price is very reasonable $.
Went back there again after a month and the food was not the same. It was not as good as the first time.

Me Wok is our Chinese go to. We order and bam! We receive our hot Chinese quickly. Food is great, consistent and expedited. Crab Rangoon and egg rolls are awesome! Pork fried rice and sesame chicken, yes!!!

We have ordered over 15-20 times for delivery and these guys hustle. Awesome food and service!!
