Second time we've come here and the service is always great.Went to rent snowboarding gear and he is always very helpful and just has great costumer service. Definitely recommend this place! Prices are also very reasonable.

I was hunting down a Capita Mega Death and Arturo really tried to find one for me and he got back to me even when he couldn't find one.

I will probably be giving him business soon in some way, you should too. He has a really wide variety of gear/boards, staff is all really nice and helpful.

Prices are good as well! No gauging or anything like that, in fact there are some discounts here and there.

We went to Mountain West to rent snowboards for our 10 & 12 year old son's. Arturo the owner is very knowledgeable and setup our boys with Burton boards and boots for $30/day. I loved this shop so much I ended up buying a new board and bindings. We will definitely be back.

Arturo is amazing! Despite being super busy he spent a ton of time helping fit me with new snowboard boots, explaining everything and making sure my board and bindings were well adjusted for the new boots. The new boots feel amazing and he let me come back for adjustments for free as much as I want. Thanks Arturo!!

Arturo is an expert when it comes to fitting ski boots. He has an incredible understanding of the process and takes the time to explain every step of it to you. He's always busy, which shows how much people trust and value him. Watching him work is a thrill in itself, but skiing in a boot that he has custom-molded to your feet is an entirely different experience. My goal was to make tight powder turns through the trees, and Arturo knew exactly how to make that happen. He spends his days evaluating feet, assessing their shape, stance, bumps, and everything else. He will punch your boot where it's rubbing, smooth out your liner, and do whatever is necessary to fit your feet perfectly (prices are extremely competitive). Arturo's personal attention and dedication to getting you the best fitting ski boot is unparalleled.

Arturo mounted my Peak ski and Look Pivot binding. The job was flawless with an overnight turnaround. He even put on some crazy slipper wax on my skis without me asking. I guess Arturo detected that speed is my game from our conversation. Arturo is super knowledgeable about his craft and passionate about helping customers make the right decision. This will be my goto ski shop in SLT.

I spoke with the owner, Arturo on the phone regarding an e-bike. I had an idea of what I wanted. He could have easily just sold it to me but instead he took the time to find out what I wanted and learn a bit about me. He then suggested two different models. I ended up ordering one of them from him. He held it unit I got up to pick it up. I can't tell you how incredibly thrilled I am with my Aventon Pace 500. My friends who have much more expensive e bikes are envious of me. It's light weight easy to use, versatile and fast! Thank you so much for all of your help! Now my husband wants one!! After several years of renting skis and snowboards and never having things fit right, we decided to buy our own gear. We looked on yelp and found this store close by and decided to check them out. This is an owner operated store with a great selection of excellent brands and the owner "Arturo" has a ton of knowledge and was absolutely awesome to work with. You just don't find the level of customer service we experienced these days. There was no rush and no high pressure sales. The focus was making sure everything fit right and let me tell you, once you get gear that is custom fitted to you, the feel is night and day. They also have a service shop in the back and the owner personally mounted everything perfectly and because my foot is wide and weird shaped, he used a specialized machine to expand my boots in the areas where there was pressure on my feet so they fit just right. I can't recommend this place enough. They also offer rental gear and it was way higher quality than any of the rentals we previously had in Tahoe and much less expensive than other shops (and they make sure the gear fits whether you are renting or buying). Again, you just don't find this level of customer service these days! Highly recommend!!
