My engagement ring came from MR. I didn't give my fiance much guidance, but Carrie helped him pick out a diamond and a beautiful band and setting to go along with it. The ring ended up being exactly what I wanted (even though I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted in the first place). That's talent.

When it came time to pick our wedding bands, we went to MR. Carrie was very knowledgeable. She knew everything there was to know about the bands and made sure to let me know which ones could be customized regarding number of diamonds across the band, diamond size, etc. Carrie was really helpful with explaining things like which rings sat lower vs. higher on the finger (and would therefore look better/worse with my engagement ring). She was really helpful with my fiance as well, showing him different bands in different metals with various finishes (satin vs. shiny, etc). She and the owner, Jack, were patient with us and didn't rush us through anything.

I figured while I had my wallet open, I might as well buy some earrings to wear on my wedding day. I wasn't pressured at all, and Carrie was accommodating when I needed some help deciding between two different pairs.

Morton & Rudolph has beautiful, high quality jewelry and very knowledgeable staff. I'm sure I'll be returning.

We needed funds fast and went to our local jeweler who gave us a quote. Then we tried one of those we buy gold places that just seemed, well, less than desirable. We decided to try Morton & Rudolph.

Jack, the owner, has been in the business over 38 years explained the diamond buying process. They have an exclusive relationship with DeBeers in NYC and your diamond will be analyzed and evaluated utilizing the latest state-of-the-art equipment.

You receive an "in-store" quote and if you agree they can also ship your diamond to the NY lab. There they almost always give you a higher quote. They ship overnight so the entire process takes a couple of business days.

If you decide to sell you will get a check on the spot right from Morton & Rudolph.

Without going into the numbers we were able to get DOUBLE the amount that our local jeweler quoted!

At every phase of the transaction we felt totally comfortable and confident. And because of this experience I will never buy our jewelry anywhere else!

I urge you not to go to one of these heavily advertised retail chain stores and stick with your local jeweler- Morton & Rudolph!

Feels like a true family jeweler! Making big decisions, like picking a wedding band you will wear for the rest of your life can be hard, but they made it easy. With their guidance and knowledge it wasn't overwhelming or intimidating at all. They have a beautiful selection and are extremely knowledgeable.

My husband and I love Morton and Rudolph. I have several pieces from them. We met Carrie a few years ago and she is amazing. She taught my husband all about Forevermark diamonds. They picked the perfect engagement ring together. We then went back and bought our bands from them. As a wedding gift my husband bought me a Forevermark bracelet. I bought him a Movado for our wedding and Carrie had it engraved.
Carrie and Jack are like family to us. They work in our budget and never pressure use. I love telling people I have a jeweler that is trusting and knowledgable. Once you go to them you will be hooked.

My daughter and son in law to be shopped for months everywhere for engagement ring and very disappointed with quality and price for both diamonds and settings. Heard about M&R so I called Jack the owner and had several long discussions about diamonds and prices. We took the chance and drove 4 hours (each way) to store. Jack had an assortment of loose Forevermark diamonds for kids to choose from and then they found the setting of her dreams. All within budget. Jack spent hours and hours until everything was perfect. Kid's ended up with a better stone in a stunning setting. Worth the long drive for such a special investment and so different an experience than what they could find at our more convenient (and high end) jewelry store.

Received excellent service from Jack and the ladies in choosing my wedding band. This was the first time using this jeweler and it certainly won't be the last !
