My moon roof was out of warranty and working only sometimes. I called Mr. Trim, made an appointment and brought in my automobile. I was terribly impressed with how knowledgeable, courteous and efficient Mark was.

Not only did he perform the work on the track of the moon roof he charged up my battery, wiped off my dusty dash and cleaned the windows. I was a bit stunned when I got in and drove off.

My car dealer typically works on these types of things for me however, the last time I was at the dealership not only did the porter not dry off my car after running it through the auto wash but when asked to dry my car gave attitude and dried only about 50% of the car.

It was great to see a young man take pride in his work - this is not the standard in our society typically. My hat's off to you Mr. Trim!

I had a great experience working with Mark, he took care of a issue on my steering wheel cover cutting my hand and was able to replace it with an OEM part. He was responsive prior to coming to the shop as well as during and after leaving the shop. I plan to go back if ever I have any other trim or upholstery needs. finally the star of the shop is his dog Rex what a wonderful Doberman puppy!

Dropped in with a simple problem and was helped immediately with a fix. Wasn't even late to work even tho I went out of the way to get there.
Friendly, honest service. Will be back.

Mr. Trim installed VW's iconic Clark Plaid cloth inserts in my '17 Golf GTI Autobahn, breaking-up all leather "sea of black" interior and adding a nice dose of personality in the process.

Darrell was a PLEASURE to work with. He quoted the job on the spot, and explained exactly how the work would be done (quite a process). He was very flexible in scheduling, kept the car for an extra half-day to complete the work to his satisfaction, and delivered it on a Saturday morning (they are normally closed on Saturdays) so that I could have my car for the weekend.

Great company clean work I was so happy with the results It was so unbelievable I started crying from the happiness that I was going through and the emotions that I have felt knowing that my car would ever look this way again has it been driving me crazy ever cents so I hope I had made enough words for this review so it won't say that it's too short

Mr. Trim is the only interior/ convertible top place I ever use and these days I travel all the way from Lake Geneva, WI. to get there. Not only is Darrell's work impeccable, but his customer service is too. He recently put 2 men on the job of replacing the convertible top on my BMW so I could wait for it instead of having to come back. I've also had him install vinyl flooring over the carpet in 2 pick up trucks along with some other projects. Great work!

Horrible. Called for an estimate for a a replacement top. When asking him how much it would cost if I brought my own top for him to install, he got real aggressive. Starting swearing aski why I was trying to cheat him. Said he deserved a mark up and all that. I understand if that's your policy but just.stste that it was a simple question. To make it worse I called him an ho before this call and hence asking him if he could install a soft top I brought he said ok but no warranty. So he gets offended by a simple question even though he said he can do it himself. Needs to relax and realize people just want their moneys worth.

This place is amazing! The people here are super nice and their prices are reasonable. I drove up from Chattanooga TN to get my top replaced here. They were $400 cheaper than at any location near me and that is including a big city like Atlanta. They replaced my top on my 350z and it looks beautiful. They also accommodated to my schedule which very few places do. I would recommend this to everyone who needs a soft top replaced.

Daryl (owner) and his crew were great to work with. I was referred to them by my friend to fix my power seat. I thought I was wasting my time going to a trim company for a power seat however, they did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
