You can't take your child here unless they are potty trained. It is a big room that is divided in four sections. You can hear the stories, songs or whatever the other sections are doing. I don't know how one group of kids can concentrate on what their care givers are saying to them if you have another group singing or reciting the alphabet or whatever. The director was not friendly either. The kids outnumber the care givers. It is like a zoo!! Plus, the location is a bad area if you are trying to get in or out.

If u want ur child to go on trips, have nutritious snacks, qualified teachers, a director thats always there to answer ur questions, and bully free then this is NOT where u want to send ur child. A friend of mine worked at Mini World a couple years ago and the Director was never there like she should've been, yet she would brag to everybody how shes always there but so busy etc. The owner of the center is so rude and mean to her employees and visitors too. The really big woman who claims to be a teacher is so lazy. When one of the parents (who I was friends with) would come get her child the lady would smile and greet but never get up and as soon as the parents would leave she would be screaming at the kids and especially the school age kids and she would change her demeanor in a split second as soon as parents left out. Every new person that would come in she would pick on and find fault with out of the fact that they are younger than her and have more job experience than her because she hasn't had too many. From what I heard toys were never cleaned weekly or bi weekly. They would clean them MAYbe monthly smdh. The Director would only flaunt in there on special occasions like Holidays when there was gonna be a party or something but other than that you would never see her. From what my friend told me it was not professional there. The big lady that you see as soon as you walk in would always be on the phone when you come in having personal conversations. Because of being short staffed (at their own fault) employees had to come in even if extremely sick, and if you had to be out for a sickness or death you could expect to get harassing phone calls constantly bugging you all day and as far as bereavement leave..even for two damn days you can forget that. They would go on trips nonstop but yet couldnt afford bereavement leave. Check other centers out in the area with a curriculum and that go on trips before sending them to this place that brags about over 30 years of service. So what? Lots of centers have that. Oh, and when I say they would go on trips I don't mean the kids, but the owner and teachers.
