Miller's Ale House

We have vacationed every summer for the past 27+ years in Jensen Beach, FL and make Jensen Ale House a frequent stop for lunch or dinner. Just had dinner last night and must say that our waiter Angelo was wonderful. He's got a great personality and was very attentive to our needs. My daughter had to make several changes to her order and Angelo made sure everything was perfect. This guy is on the ball and we will definitely be asking for him as our server in the future. Our food was awesome as well. The spinach dip and pot stickers are absolute favorites!

Have gotten a few things 'to go' from here including:
- Chimichurri Steak Salad (loved it- nice amount of tasty steak!)
- Pork Osso Bucco (loved it- pork nice and tender)
- Full rack of ribs because they were on special (not a fan- perhaps because I got sauce on the side but won't be ordering these again, and the primary reason for 4 stars)
Not sure how the ambiance is inside- took a date there once and it was fun...the bartender was nice.

I came here and got a burger and fries but the real reason I came was for the mad captain trio dessert. I'm incredibly picky but also expect things to be as advertised. They were short some donuts on it, and they put ZERO caramel sauce on it as well. I complained. Got no where. It sounds petty but I believe in getting what I am ordering/paying for. Been a regular for 2.5 years and usually bring people with me and give recommendations. That stopped today.

So here's the edit to my review: the fact you copy and paste the same response to all your lower reviews shows you all don't care about customer service or customers, at all. But nice try though. They need to fire the person in charge of handling this manner too

Came in a couple weeks ago and had a rough experience. The AC was broken, and it was horribly uncomfortable and no one mentioned or even cared that we couldn't eat. Boxed up the food, ate cold food at home.

Thought an email to the manager would prompt a response... the sign was posted to contact him... Nothing back.

We have been repeat customers but ignoring the email was upsetting and we will not be back.

Came here not really my kinda place but we had Amex Hilton discount of 15$ so since we're at Home Depot hubby talked me into it. Sat afternoon it was packed. Food was fine I had Rueben with baked potato that I hardly ate it was warm and hard not worth calories! Service by Andrew was excellent.. he should be in high end restaurant he's that good. I wouldn't go out of my way but it's a good family place with lots of selections good prices cold beer!

Today I went with my family to Millers after the beach. Our server Catie was extremely nice & actively checking up on us if we needed anything. She made our experience great. We sat in the booth by the bar. There are plenty of TV's which is great because of March Madness. I ordered the Original burger and Mac & cheese which was so tasty! I will definitely be back!

The ordering was a little shaky , but we got through it got it ordered and when I got home I was very pleased ! I got the chicken Cajun pasta , usually when you order a dish like this you get tiny pieces of grizzle, this dish had huge pieces of chicken, a heavy portion of pasta and was very tasty . I was very pleased at what I got for 15 bucks . Service was fast moving, no frills as expected for a busy restaurant.

The food is sports bar yummy, I've watched UFC here with no cover charge and it was fun! We bonded with a family sitting close to us, friendly people in this establishment to be sure.
The prices are fair, the service is consistently good plus the staff are all very nice :))
They are known partly for their sauces which speaks to me because I am also saucy ;D
I come here when I could use a laid back atmosphere close to home where almost any taste can find a good meal and/or delicious beverage to enjoy.

Take-out from here is a travesty. I wanted to substitute something and the order taker agreed. When I got there, I did not have the substitution. I asked about it and the waitress went to the manager. He said I had to call the restaurant to get a substitution, which is what I had actually done!!!! In order to get what I wanted I would have had to pay for an entire entree. This restaurant has gone downhill drastically. I would avoid takeout here!!!

10/10 Experience! This is a Florida staple in my eyes with great prices and fresh food. Large selection of beers with an even larger menu everything from wings to steaks they have you covered!

We went tonight for dinner with friends and had a wonderful experience. Our server , Jada, did a great job and took great care of us throughout our dinner. We were all stunned when we were told it was her first day, and all concurred she is an absolute asset to Miller's Ale House !
