Tonight, they decided to charge a $10 cover. I've never had to pay a cover charge there before. Won't ever be going back there again. At least not if I have to pay a cover charge. Don't waste your time. Bad business.

Best place downtown, one stop party every night. Great place to go with friends. Sunday's are a more relaxed casual crowd which is nice (plus there's free BBQ.)
And they have good wine!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ruth C.McAllen, TX264497460Feb 5, 2016
I've been here a couple times, with a friend. There hasn't been a cover or much of a line. It hasn't been ridiculously crowded either, which was great when it came to buying drinks. The bartenders were fast and attentive, and the drinks were pretty good. The crowd is the same pretty much throughout The Valley. Ppl stick with those they came with, rather than socialize with strangers. So, it's more of a come-with-your-group-of-friends type of vibe. The music is really good tho (top 40s) and perfect for dancing, although hardly anyone does, but that's also pretty much a Valley thing. They also have a balcony with a bar. That's pretty much a chill area to talk and watch the ppl below on the street, New-Orleans style.

So I came back to this area to actually try it out for a possible permanent move...But between the lack of accessible launching points in Padre Island during a low tide for Windsurfers, and the somewhat boring landscape and my general ADHD driven restlessness, I will be heading home very soon! But this spot was one of the top three places I ventured into. The music was ok, drink prices seemed decent, but the crowd the three times I went, seemed a bit cliquish, which could be a natural result of the fact that the area is not really that international or cosmopolitan. But for a town this small, this place was pretty decent overall and the music was pretty cool!!!

Worst club experience I've ever had. Management charges and kicks out men to keep their ratio up. Been out a lot - never had such a bad experience. They couldn't even justify why they kicked out half our party.
