In my opinion, Mercy Administrators and/or the Mercy Board of Directors made a horrible decision in closing this family-oriented pharmacy!

Dr. Seajal and the whole staff at Mercy Plaza Pharmacy was so friendly and took the time to really understand my needs. They were quick, yet I never felt like they were rushing. They're a small pharmacy, so it's nice to feel like you're not just a number and they want to put a face to every patient and ensure your wellness. It has a small town vibe, but it's right in East Sac. I will hands down recommend them to everyone I know.

This the best pharmacy I have ever visited! Each pharmacists is prompt, efficient, helpful, super courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to work at this wonderful pharmacy. It is also a save and secure location.

it doesn't get better than this pharmacy. The staff are the most friendly, efficient, and accommodating people! Donna is usually at the counter and we always look forward to seeing her smiling face. The entire staff are always professional and ALWAYS go the extra mile which is worth more than any big chain "points," especially when you are very ill, weak, and not equipped to deal with insurance bureaucracy.

The best pharmacy in Sacramento. The people who work there, like Donna, Alex and others whose names I can't recall, are super nice. They are always accommodating and always look for ways you can get discounts on meds. Everyone there is also very knowledgeable about medications. I know that it's a pharmacy and it's their job, but some places like Rite-Aid or Walgreens are very impersonal and harried. Been coming here for almost a year and really love it.

Also, the previous reviewer who had the need to talk shit about about Donna is clearly holding some kind of unwarranted grudge. It's a pharmacy; no need to talk about plastic surgery. It's irrelevant and insulting. Donna has always been helpful.

it is a travesty that they are closing!! this is a real disservice to the community. i think the directors of the hospital are looking at dollar signs only.this is not dignity or community service. there are several people that will be put out of work or forced to retire before they had planned. everyone there knew their patients by first name and always went the extra distance to help and serve the community. this move will be regretted by the admin. dept. goodbye to all my good friends

Great Pharmacy to go to! Everyone and especially Donna are always so friendly and helpful. Never a long wait for prescriptions and a great selection of vitamins at a very good price!
